It was a fine morning of a fine day. The sun was hidden behind the clouds giving the sky a pleasant hue of grey.
Javeria Begum was sitting infront of her vanity table, getting ready for a kitty party when she heard a knock on the door.
A servant came inside informing her about someone's arrival. A man had came to meet Samavia which left her surprised.
Asking the servant to summon him inside.
Who could it possibly be? she mused to herself before going after the servant.

"Why have you come here?" Asked Javeria Begum in a peculiar manner.
Kamran Afridi's sudden visit was abhorrent to her.
"Samavia is my late's friend daughter, and I consider her as my own daughter. That's why I am here to meet her." Kamran Afridi's tone was softer than Javeria Begum.
"Huh.. When her blood relatives have turned their backs towards her, then you also must not be bothered about her. I am doing the job very well." Said Javeria Begum firmly.
"As I have already bothered myself then why aren't you letting me meet her." A slide degree of petulance had crept into his voice.
"There's nothing like that Bhai Sahab (Dear Brother), she's my daughter too. I love her very much and I have become very protective of her after my husband's death. I don't want her to face any problems or to let her know the real faces of her patrilineal." Javeria Begum said in a hopeless manner.
To which Kamran Afridi could only nod gravely and said, " I can understand Bhabhi (Sister in law)! I won't tell her anything. I just want to see her for once."
"But Samavia isn't at home right now." Javeria Begum informed him. She desperately wanted him to leave.
"Oh! I had just came to meet her before going back to Islamabad. And I won't be able to come again anytime soon." Kamran Afridi's said disappointingly before standing up to leave.
