Ch.13

"Um, guys," Biana started, "I was in the room when Elwin left for a second."

She seemed uncomfortable, not the type when your parents talk to you about a mistake you made, the unease of someone that knew something they shouldn't know.

The color immediately fled from Sophie's face as the faint memory of brown hair in the doorway after she had woken up.

"Oh," was all Sophie could whisper at this time.

A few minutes went by and Sophie had a feeling Biana wanted to say something but couldn't just yet.

"I-I was only in there for a second," she stayed "I didn't know where Elwin was."

"Why are you telling us this." Fitz said sharply.

Sophie took his hand to remind him to keep calm.

"When I was in class a few days ago, I learned rare tricks of different abilities," she startled " when we got to telepathy, I learned they two strong telepaths can link in an unconscious state; both telepaths minds link and they have a dream together and in very rare cases it causes a physical of it too."

Everyone was silent for a minute until Biana said " I'm not sure it was, but I think you have to check with Dad."

"Fine, we will later."

With that Biana left the room. Fitz and Sophie sat there silently not knowing what to say next. All Sophie could do was sit there staring at her feet.

"Sophie, I cant take it anymore," Fitz blurted out.

He moved from his bean bag to hers. Then he used telekinesis to shutouts bedroom door and lock it. My family always gets in the middle of everything he said.

Then he said the words that would change everything.

"Sophie I like you."
