The buildings here are enormous and the longer it takes me to find my Psychology class the more grateful I become for leaving forty minutes early.

This campus is beautiful though. The buildings are tall and made out of brick, making feel as if I'm living in an old part of England. There's trees everywhere with red and orange leaves falling from it and I can't decide on what that will be my "study tree". The green bushes hold beautiful yellow flowers that makes it feel like summer.

My class starts in ten minutes and I begin to get anxiety. It's not like they can give me dentation or punish me, I just hate being late. Anyone that's okay with it immediately bothers me.

"Excuse me-," I begin to ask while walking up to this random girl with shorts and a tank top on, -"Where is the Science building?" She looks at me up and down, then rolls her blue eyes.

"It's that way, go straight and it's the building on the right." She points to the direction of the building I had passed multiple times.

"Um, thanks." I say awkwardly, confused by her reaction.

"Freshman.." She mutters, but I decide to let it go.

I practically sprint to the building, trying to dodge everyone that may be in my way. How are these people not in class yet? Why go to college if you're not going to bother showing up to class?

I go to grab my phone out of my pocket to check how much time I have left until my first class begins. At the same time that I look down at my screen I trip over my own two feet, being the clumsy person I am, and stumble into someone in front of me, dropping my phone.

"Will you watch where you're going!? Jesus, its' people like you that text and drive and get people into accidents!" a male voice tells me, slightly raising his voice. Who the hell does this guy think he is, thinking he can talk to me this way? The defensive part of me wants to yell back, making him realize he won't win the battle. The logical side of me tells me to apologize, seeing as it is slightly my fault for not paying attention, and retrieve my phone and head to class.

My defensive side wins.

"Who the hell do you think you are talking to me like that? Have you ever heard of accidents? Jesus, with the way you're acting, you'd think you're royalty whose entitled to this entire pathway. Newsflash for you dude, you're not entitled or royalty, so get over yourself and get out of my way," I finish ranting while bending down to grab my phone, then shoving past this dickhead and walk inside the science building.

When I walk away from the unmannered college student I see anger flash over his eyes, and maybe some...pain? No, it couldn't have been, he doesn't seem like someone who gets hurt easily. It would take a village and then some.

I finally find my classroom on the second floor, which I'm not a fan of. I don't hate stairs, but escalators are more my thing. Call me lazy, but it saves me from tripping and making a fool of myself.

When I walk into the classroom, mostly all the students are sitting in the back- what a shock. There are a few sitting in the front, I like to call them the "show offs". I walk down the aisle and notice three seats left open in the middle section. I choose to sit at the very end of the row, keeping some distance between me and the person three seats to my right.

The classroom has beige painted bricks as walls and there's a giant white board at the front of the classroom with a light-brown podium standing in front of it. There aren't any desks, which is different for me coming out of high school. Instead there's slightly cushioned seats surrounding the front of the classroom, forming an upside down 'u' shape.
