Many months Later

Liv's POV

"Liv, when are you coming home?" Maddie asks over the phone

"The movie isn't finished yet." I reply "I have a couple of more scenes to finish."

"I thought you moved back to Winsconsin to give up acting."

"I never said I was giving up acting."

I shift the phone to the right side of my face while opening my mini fridge in my hotel room. I'm in New York filming a movie called "Mosh Posh". Obviously, it's about a posh New Yorker. Her parents die and she looses all her money, so as a result she had to move to Brooklyn to live with her aunt. It's very different. And it should be going up for a grammy. I could win a Grammy. Obviously Maddie doesn't understand. All she wants is for me to be home wrapping my precious time around her and Caden. I have a life, and acting is apart of my life.

"I will never stop acting." I reply taking a swig of the coke in my hand "I absolutely love to act."

"But I miss you." she whines

"I miss you guys too. I've only been gone for four months. Call Diggie or Des or something."

"Diggie broke up with me and Des is getting ready for summer camp." she says "You'll be back for the summer right?"

"I sure hope so, I mean a movie is a lot of preparation you know." I say "Anyway I have to go, my co-stars are coming into my hotel room."

In this movie, my costars are Shailene Woodley and Madison Beer. Madison and I actually did a song for the movie soundtrack. They both play my cousins who I absolutely despise of. Shailene grew her hair trumendously since "The Fault In Our Stars". I guess for the sequel movie to "Divergent."

"Hey, Liv." Shai says "We are all going out tonight to a pajama club, do you want to come?"

"Yeah sure." I say "I would absolutely love that."

Maddie's POV

It had been extremely hard without Liv here. Since Diggie and I broke up, I've been kind of lost. Des and I still talk like we used to, but I feel like since the year is ending everyone is taking their distance away from me. Including Liv. I mean, I know everyone is trying to get their summer together, but still. I feel like a loner. I am a loner.

I'm in the backyard shooting hoops when I hear the back door open. I drop my ball when I see who it is.

"Diggie." I say "What are you doing here?"

"I wanted to talk." he says

"What is there to talk about. You dumped me when I didn't even do anything wrong." I say "I stayed faithful to you. I loved you. You was the one who was kissing Trisha McGee in the staircase at school. But I forgave you and you repay me by dumping me."

I pause to pick the ball up. I look Diggie straight in the eyes.

"You was being a fucking jerk." I reply

"Maddie, I didn't feel the spark anymore." he says "We were more like friends then boyfriend and girlfriend."

I drop the ball again and pull myself closer to Diggie. I grab his face and plant my lips right onto his. He immediately wraps his arms around my waist and pulls my body closer to him. We back up and hit the back door. Diggie moves his hands to my butt. He pokes for entrance and I grant him permission. We kiss for a while until I break apart.

"How's that for spark?" I ask

"Woah, Maddie." he breaths "I didn't know-"

"Yeah, whatever." I reply opening my door and walking inside my room.

I ring Liv on her phone three times. She doesn't answer. I need my old life back.
