Celina Crestwood without purple eyes^^^^^

"ZACH COME BACK HERE!!!" I screamed from the top of my lungs as Zach, the Prince of Devinia and also my best friend, runs over the flower pattern I made on the ground. I get up and run after him. As I run, my  deep brown hair falls gracefully over my shoulder and from afar, you could see my bright, purple tinted eyes shimmering in the sunlight.

I have known Zach for quite a long time now, ever since I came to this realm. We connected immediately and became the best of best friends. Zach is only two years older than me, and I'm 19 years old. He is the only one who knows me inside and out and he knows me more than I know myself - which I find quite weird knowing that I barely open up to anybody.

I run into the garden where all the faeries and sprites are decorating. Hmmm, I don't recall there being any ceremony or festival of any sort today. As I walk into the garden, a figure flashes in the corner of my eye. I turn to see Zach running to the courtyard, he didn't seem to know that I noticed him. I quickly ran to one of the pillars that stood against the fountain and muttered a simple spell. "Aveesa bol facit!"

Bright blue water swirls out of my hands and my eyes change to a color blue. I close my eyes and prepare myself for teleporting. Whoosh. I open my eyes and look around me. There was concrete on the ground instead of grass and the pillar that I stood behind had disappeared. I was in the courtyard. Footsteps were coming. I quickly ran to a bush and hid behind it. Zach came running into the courtyard and started looking around for a place to hide.

Hmmm, I wonder...

I made sure Zach wasn't looking towards my direction and got up out of the bush. I quietly walked behind him and let the water absorb me and enter through my hands. This was the best moment to throw it at him. 1... 2... and-

"Got you!" Zach had turned around and pinned me to the ground before I could do anything.

"Ughhhh, how on earth did you know I was here?" I said as Zach held my wrists to the ground tightly.

"Well, maybe it's because I'm 'The All Knowing'?" He snickers.

I roll my eyes and try wriggling underneath him so I could get up. No point, he's too strong.

"Alright I give up, now let me go!"

"Hmmm..." He carries on looking at me with those bright blue eyes, that's one feature of his I love. "How about you tell me why are you still in those old rags?"

"What on earth! These are not rags! And what do you mean by 'why am I still in them'?"

"Well, to me they are and today is the welcoming event. If Sophie finds out that you are not ready she'll kill you."

I try to remember what he meant by the welcoming event. Zach notices me in confusion and his teasing expression changes to shock.

"Wait... Do you not know who's coming today?"

"Um, is it bad if I say no?!"

"CELINA!!" Zach shouted as he got up and helped me up as well. "How could you not know? It's not like me and Sophie have been talking about it for centuries!"

"One, Sophie is only seven years old and two, who have you been talking about?"

"Angels, Celina, how could you have forgotten?! Zane is coming today! You know, the same guy who happens to be my brother."

"Wait.... Zane??? The same Zane who embarrassed me in front of everybody when we were seven? The same Zane who ruined my chance at a first kiss??"

"Well technically he saved you from doing sick, the guy you were about to kiss ate socks for a living!"

"You guys just made that up"

"Hah" He snorted and we started walking towards the palace. "You seriously have a bad taste of guys Cel."

We were now in front of the palace and there was decorations everywhere at the entrance. How could have I not noticed?

Zane Blackwell is Zach Blackwell's older brother and he's an asshole. I seriously hated him my whole childhood. I never had guys talking to me because of him. He always had a vendetta with the guys I talked to. Now, he's going to be an absolute an utter nightmare for me!
