Today's the day. the day I've been waiting for ever since I knew what college was.
The only day that's kept me going through these shitty past few months.
it's time for Yale. My dream college.
Everything was planned out. Hayden and I were moving into a small apartment in New Haven close to Yale and were leaving today.
I stuffed my last t-shirt into my suitcase and then pulled it up and put against my door. I turned towards my room, carefully scrutinising every little detail of my childhood room. I allowed my eyes to waver to my window and to her curtains drawn. it didn't surprise me. It had been like that for the past few months.
