Fireclaw stated "go to sleep, to on." I walked to the edge of camp and curled up. He followed me, and pointed his tail in the direction of the apprentice den. I shook my head no, and he shrugged. I fell asleep, and woke up in the morning and walked to the warriors den. Fireclaw walked out of it and I hissed slightly. He jumped , and I fell down in laughter. "Come on, fighting training. I suspect your already good at hunting?" he said, pointing at my fur. I nodded. We ran out of camp. "Ok, I want you to dodge me, claws and teeth out, ok? Hawkstar have me permission." I nodded. He lunged at me, and strikes me. I sat down, and watched as it rebounded. He stared at the feathers. I flared at him, and pounced on him. I slashed my claws on his back, and on his face. I backed away, safe flicking. He got up and stated "never had a cat do that before. C'mon. There's a battle going on soon. We're going to shadow clan to kill Brokenstar. They said they owe us if we do so." I nodded and said " I'm coming" Fireclaw nodded. "RACE YOU!" I yowled. I ran to camp and mad IT in a few seconds. I waited and saw Fireclaw emerge finally. "Lets go cats" range OUT my fathers voice. I followed him through the bushes, and we approached Shadowclan. Father whispered "Whos is willing to attack Brokenstar?" Fireclaw had a frightened face, and so did the others. I walked up to Father and said in a fierce voice, " me. " He looked at me startled. I hissed "Come on" he led the way Into camp and Brokenstar walked right out. "Think you can kill me? Even your fiercest warrior is scared, and he beckoned to Fireclaw. Father shrieked "ATTACK!" No one approached Brokenstar, as he sat there. I padded up, and hissed at him " I challenge you to a solo fight. " he hissed and nodded. He jumped up onto a tree and stated. "This apprentice has challenged me to a solo fight. Don T touch anyone until this kit is dead" I hissed and said to him, "I am no kit, and I will kill you with my very last breath." And he hissed back " Bring it" and he jumped down from the tree to me. I jumped out of the way, and jumped up on his back, slicing his throat. He fell to the floor, but got up again. I woke under him and felt the killing blow, for one of the 9 lives. I sliced his throat down to his tail. He hissed in defence "I have 9 lives! You won't succeed!" I stared at his face and salt at him " that blow will take 9 lives" I stood back, and sat down. He went still for a few seconds, then shook again, 9 times over again. Then, finally went still for ever. I stepped back, and stared at the Shadowclan cats. They looked at me in fear, and bowed. I padded to father and looked at him straight in the eyes and hissed " Is that good enough for you? "
