It was a sunny day for the thirteen years old Athena. Well, this is her first day as a junior high school student and she is really excited to attend school as in right now!

She waited for two months! This is it! Finally, she will be entering high school. Since she was in her fifth grade she's been itching to be a secondary level student real quick! At parang napaka habang panahon ang ginugol niya sa sixth grade last season year dahil hindi na siya mapakaling makaalis sa primary level.

"Good morning yaya Dorang!"

Athena inhaled the smell of morning and bacons. Her senses seems like guzzling sunlight and radiating happiness, such a wonderful kid! Definitely a walking rays of sunshine!

"Aba ang aga nagising ah. Good morning Cheska!" Nakangiting sambit ng kaniyang yaya Dorang. A woman of her early fifties, ang itinuturing Ina ni Athena, her yaya is more of a mother to her than her real mom that is why.

"Of course ya! This is my first day as a high school student, dalaga na ako yaya!" Magiliw na pahayag niya rito. She really cannot contain her excitement! Yay!

Yaya Dorang is so attentive to the needs of the Benitez Industries' little princess, however while she watch her Cheska feast over her breakfast alone in their manion's long dining table she cannot slack the worry creeping through her heart. Her not so little girl will be few steps closer now to reality, she's afraid that she might not be able to guide and protect her as she learn more about life.

She's afraid that the baby she cared and protected for almost thirteen years would learn the denotation of life in the hard way.

"Kain ka pa Cheska, para hindi ka magutom mamaya sa school mo.." dinagdagan niya ang kanin sa plato ng batang Athena at naglagay ng bacons , na paborito nito.

Ngumiti naman ng kay tamis ang kaniyang alaga sakaniya. "Thanks yaya!" Athena even leaned closer to her yaya to give her a kiss on the cheeks, then she giggled right after like a silly toddler.

The old lady patted Athena's head and smiled at her while she, on the other hand happily munch her delicious breakfast made by her favorite and most loved yaya.

That day as well ay inihatid siya ng kaniyang yaya hanggang sa tapat ng school niya. Even though it would make her more happy if it was her parents who'd drop her on her first day as high school student, she just shrugged it off. She knows that her parents are busy with their family business affairs considering that Benitez Industries is growing massively, in fact they are always in the news! Her brother Dimitrius who's in California for his studies constantly checks on her naman so she's good with her yaya and manong Isko alone.

Athena is naive about how the world works and oblivious of the idea how vicious humans can be.

She was raised being surrounded by sparks and glitters. She went in an exclusive primary school before, her parents pays hundreds of thousands just to keep her safety. She only had three classmates since pre school until sixth grade! Could you imagine that?

Everything is new to her, and she feels extra excited about it. Hindi niya naisip kung magugustuhan ba siya ng lahat because she was used being liked by many. She never experienced bullying nor abuse. She is a princess snared inside her castle!

She went out of their SUV and kissed her yaya goodbye, pinaalalahanan siya ng kaniyang yaya Dorang na maging mabuting studyante, her yaya trusts her.. Dorang knows that she teached Cheska well, that she knows the difference between right and wrong, good and bad.
