ZAC EFRON AS AIDEN TO THE SIDE
Chapter 8
1) No sleeping with, kissing, touching inappropriately or flirting with other girls
2) Treat me like a proper mate would
3) Don't talk about me to your friends like another typical slut
4) Don't pressure me into anything
5) Don't mark me until I say it's okay.
Those were the five rules I wrote down for Axel. I was sitting at the desk in my room drinking a caramel frappe from Starbucks. Alex was still asleep and Sam was going to some place with Matt and Aiden.
I got changed into a sheer, navy blue button up singlet with a collar and tucked it into a pair of Plain Jane high-waisted shorts. My hair was down with a waterfall braid running across the left side of my head.
I slipped the rule paper into my back pocket and walked downstairs.
I realized that I had no idea where Axel's room was, so I stopped a blonde girl, probably not my best choice.
"What do you want?" She squeaked looking me up and down disgustedly.
"I want to know where Axel's room is," I smiled sweetly. Ew. I feel sick. Me being sweet is not cool.
"Why, you going to try and sleep with him? Too bad. He already has a mate. Luna Tiffany is so much prettier than you," She snarled.
"Fine. I'll just ask someone else," I stormed off not feeling in the mood to clean up blood.
I soon for directions to Axel's office from a nice old lady in the kitchen. On my way there, I though of things I would say to him.
"Hey, I wrote some rules for you if you want to be my mate,"
Definitely not. It's so blunt! I can't just say that. Yes I can. And I will. So I did.
"Excuse me?" Axel said.
"You heard me," I scowled.
"Sure. As long as I get a second chance with you," He smiled making me blush.
I looked down trying to cover my face when his fingertips lifted my chin up so I was facing him.
"You don't have to hide from me, you're beautiful," Axel said staring into my eyes like he could see my soul.
"What about Tiffany?" I asked quietly.
"Your sister? I dumped her the day you got here,"
"You didn't have to do that," I mumbled.
"Nothing beats my beautiful mate," He said.
"I have to start heading to school," I jerked my thumb behind me out the door," Everyone else left already,"
"Let me drive you," He grabbed my hand.
"I don't know..." I stalled.
"Please," He stuck out his bottom lip and gave me the puppy dog eyes.
"Fine," I gave in sighing.
I grabbed my acid wash Jansport backpack and we both walked down to his garage. There were over twenty amazing cars in here ranging from Ferrari's and Lamborghini's to Cadillac's and old Mercedes'. They all looked like a million dollars worth each.
"Which one do you want to take?" Axel asked me.
"Th-the blue Merc," I say pointing to the vintage baby blue convertible Mercedes.
