MICHAEL TREVINO AS LUKE TO THE SIDE
Chapter 4
2 years later
I'm now 17 years old and totally badass. Jamie and Matt graduated last year and my first day as a senior is coming up.
My hair is not lifeless and a dull brown anymore. It's a warm, chocolate brown colour that shines like the models hair does in shampoo/conditioner ads. My eyes are full of emotion, the good kind. I'm not overweight anymore. I'm average height. My stomach is toned and my body is tanned. I have a small thigh gap and my chest has grown. Let's just say it's larger that the average for my age.
Matt, Alex, Sam, Aiden and Luke have all become like my brothers. Jamie, Griffin, Peyton are my best friends. Carly is still a bitch to me, but shows that we're on the same team. I do cheer with them now. If I were to walk to the supermarket and a cheerleader saw me, they'd want my autograph or a photo. Same with Jamie, Peyton and Carly. I made a few human friends too though. Reagan and Portia are both cheerleaders on our team. They graduated last year as well.
My life has changed so much since coming here. I have real friends, a happy life and most importantly, a family, that love me and care for me.
I lied awake in my bed facing the ceiling. The lights from the pool created ripple patterns on the stone roof. It was calming. I got up slowly and made my way to the bathroom. I showered, washing my hair. I dried my hair and body with a fluffy beige towel and brushed my straight hair. I got a few feather extensions put in a while back. One was my hair colour, another light brown, one was dirty blonde and the last was bleach blonde.
I walked into my closet and chose which clothes to wear. I picked out a grey pair of sweatpants that I'm pretty sure migrated from Sam's room to mine, and a black Adidas jumper. I sprayed myself with deodorant. I clasped the gold chain necklace with a moon crescent charm on it. Luke bought it for me the week I arrived. Jamie doesn't mind our relationship. She isn't like one of those jealous, possessive mates. She knows we're just friends and leaves it like that.
I padded downstairs and into the game room. They got the blueprints from an Alpha frat house. Ironic, I know. Matt, Luke and the twins were in a huddle talking in hushed voices.
"Tell me. I wanna know." I said grinning.
They all turned to stare at me and they're eyes opened wide.
"K, there's something we have to tell you. One of our neighbouring packs is being targeted by rogues and they need help. As one of our best fighters, we need you to be go along. We are all going and so is Jamie, Peyton, Griffin and Carly." Luke said.
"Sure." I replied shrugging. I was one of the best fighters. I led the early morning trainers now. I was the best fighter in the pack apparently. That's what I am in Luke's ranks. He has ranked all the pack members in what place they are in what they do. Example his grandmother is the number one cook. I'm the head warrior of the pack. Every other pack in the world has heard of me now. And I'm proud. From the stairs, to here.
"When are we leaving?" I asked.
"Tomorrow morning. Go and start packing." Luke replied. The boys piled out of the room and I went back upstairs. Training a pack took a lot of work. We'd be there for at least minimum six months.
I my entire closet, shoes, makeup, hair irons and jewellery into six suitcases.

"WAKE UP WAKE UP WAKE UP!"
I used my super speed to quickly push the person jumping on my bed into my pool. They landed in with a splash and surfaced quickly. Griffin's hair was everywhere and her pretty face turned into a scowl.
