Chapter 4

Sorry for the long wait. I have been busy at school and being sick. Hope you enjoy my latest chappie.

Violet's POV

Me and mum got down to the docks just in the nick of time. From the light show, they might not be doing so well. I ran towards the door, opening it and what I saw shocked me. The Titans were contained in one of his force fields. Well except my mom.

"Raven go help the Titans. I will help the others." With that said and I ran towards them and changed into a rhino.

Snow's POV

We were trying ever so hard to beat TimeSpeed but no luck was present for us. He could control time and set up portals leading to any time. Former apprentice of Warp. Me and Mari tried to attack from above and Violet was ground attack. We would have a better chance if everyone was here. Suddenly he used his staff to shot a laser beam towards the Titans. Directed at mother.

"Watch out Mother!" I called out to her but it was to late the beam had collieded with someone. The smoke cleared and Raven was now in the force field bubble. But Violet was no where to be seem.

"Snow, Violet is in the wall." Mari shouted out to me. I looked over and saw her. She must of caught up in the explosion. I floated down but was captured by a electricity bolt. I looked over to Mari but she was in the same struggle. TimeSpeed laughed at us.

"Fools you couldn't stop me in the future what makes you think you can stop me in the past." TimeSpeed clashed us both together ending in electric shocks. Pain raced through my body. But was interrupted by a growl coming from the wall.

"I thought I told you before not to hurt my family Speed. Now your'e gonna face me. Ain't this your lucky day." It was her. TimeSpeed feared her. Everyone did, she didn't have a good bone in her body. The wall shifted and she appeared. The Beast was out.

"Oh no." I whispered to myself quietly. She stood leaning against the wall dog ears, tail and more volume to her now green hair. Her nails sharper and teeth turned into fangs. Her eyes slit like a cats, ready to take down her prey. In a quick moment she had raced over to TimeSpeed and grabbed him by his throat, lifting him up so he was now dangling on the floor. He was losing his breath fast. Sister was being kinda than before.

"Now drop the stick and disable the force field before I crush your throat." Her voice had gone hard and cold. Her eyes burning a green glow making her more vicious. TimeSpeed pressed a button on his staff and let it drop to the floor. The echo danced around the room. The only noise right now, I wasn't sure if we were breathing. I looked towards the back and the field was gone. And so was TimeSpeed. Sister mustv'e let him go. There was a stiff silence throughout the room and I knew all stares would be directed at Violet. I walked towards her as she powered down and put my hand on her shoulder.

"Sis, you did well. We will get him next time." I spoke to her in a quite voice but I knew she wasn't upset about the fight. She had never changed infront of our parents. I could sense fear radiating off the Titans, it was to be expected. Just not to sister. 

"Let us go home, to try and track the TimeSpeed, friends." Starfire was trying to spirits high but wasn't working well. Mari agreed with her mother and everyone started filing out. We stayed behind, just us the Logan Family.

"Told ya, she lies inside to protect her family from harm. There's no need to be afraid of me." Violet told them, her voice shaking. Her eyes were hidden by her violet locks, I knew it was taking all her strength to keep the tears from falling. She couldn't take anymore and stormed out of the building. They were about to take after her, when I stopped them with my magic.

"Please don't go after her. She needs to be by herself right now." Both turned instantly at my comment, shock was now disappearing. I realsed the force field and began to talk.

"My sister is very sensitive on the 'Beast' matter and doesn't like to concern anyone else. She is more upset because you saw her transform and fight as her and that has never happened before." I looked at them straight into their eyes. As I expected, confusion was present.

"Why would Violet be ashamed of showing us?" My mother asked. My father joined in and said, "Yeah, we could help her with that problem. I'm an expert on that issue." With that comment Raven whacked Beast Boy on the head. They began their small bickering, laughter trickled out of my mouth. This reminded me of early this morning when Mark and Dad had pulled a prank on Violet and Mum punished Dad with a whack on his head. Once the laughter was heard their attention was back on me.

"You see Violet has always been treated diffrently to everyone else. She constantly got bullied on her looks yet Mark did not. She was always looked down upon because of her animalistic demon. She was threaten as a small child from a villian who said, '"Once your family finds out what you become, you'll be locked away and driven into the darkness. Your family will always hate you."' You simply do not know how long it took us to help her. She has better control but she will always have that demon which is a constant reminder of her terrible past." I finished with tears down my face and I quietly sobbed to myself. I was surprised when a pair of green arms wrapped around and hugged me.

"It's ok Snow. We understand and you have everyone's support. Don't worry anymore, ok dudette?" I looked up to see my father's clasic grin and I smiled instantly. He let go and I started to walk away. However, I heard, "We need to talk later." It was my mother. My smile frew brighter. I might have my mother's powers but I have pretty good hearing.

~~~~Later on Nobody POV~~~~~~

In the Titans Tower at 11pm, a certain green changeling was waiting for a certain grey empath in his room. Later it was deceided that Mari would stay with Starfire, Violet would be in Terra's old room and Snow would stay with Raven so a talk with her would mean that his room was the place of discussion. A knock on his door disrupted his thoughts. He opened his door to find Raven waiting in her leotard. Beast Boy blushed slightly but Raven didn't seem to notice. They walked over to his bunk bed and sat down.

"Beast Boy, if we can, we need to help both Violet and Snow. I sense great power from both and they probably can't control it." Raven starred at the changeling with concerning eyes.

"I understand but why Snow, she isn't the one with problems. I mean she handle the fight pretty well." Beast Boy looked down at his bed, using his left hand to scratch his hair. He never thought that he would talk about his children at the age of 16.

"Snow's powers are like mine so she probably only uses a small percentage of it. I think you should handle Violet, with the same powers as yours, maybe you can help her accept it a little bit more." Raven spoke calmly yet she also had the same thoughts as Beast Boy. But somewhere deep inside of her, she felt a need to help her future children. Raven stood off the bed and walked slowly towards the door.

"I better be going, Snow might wonder where I am. Goodnight Beast Boy."

"Good night Rae. I mean Raven." Raven smiled and walked out the door. Beast Boy heart flutted and he slowly drifted off to sleep thinking about the smile of the girl. Raven opened her door and stepped inside, not finding the child in sight. As she climbed into bed, she heard a crunh of a piece of paper. From reaching underneath her, she found a note with the words, Sorry if I scared you mother but I rather sleep with Violet tonight. See you in the morning. Love Snow xxxx. Raven put the note onto her nightstand and for once she had a peaceful night, dreaming about her future.
