I've always wanted to make a story like this.
When the agents find a mysterious item that tells them of dangers to Inkopolis, They have to go down to the Deep Sea Metro. Will they be able to stop the looming threat, or will they fall?

"Okay Agent 4, Agent 4.5 . Get a scope of your surroundings! Reinforcements are coming." Marie told the agents.
Agent 4 inked around with her hero dualies, while Agent 4.5 covered some turf with his Hero Roller. Then, 3 enemy super jump markers appeared.
"Get ready for some combat!" Callie exclaimed!
The octolings had landed, and immediately started inking with their octoshots. One of them yelled something. "Get him!"
Right, 4.5 was still out in the open! He tried his best to fend the octolings off.
"4! A little help here!" .5 yelled, flicking his roller at the attacking octolings.
"I'm coming!" Agent 4 yelled, as she came out of her cover.
Two octolings came to attack her. Purple ink flew everywhere, but Agent 4 swiftly dodged the shots.
She rolled over to 4.5's direction, and quickly splatted the octoling fighting him. Her little octo soul flew up. The two octolings looked behind them to see their comrade splatted. They looked furious.
"GET THEM!" the octolings rushed towards the boy and the girl.
"Oh clam pudding.." .5 muttered to himself.
Agent 4 ran towards the octolings screaming a battle cry. "RAAAAGGGGHHH!"
She doge rolled to the side, catching the octolings off guard. While the octolings had their heads turned, Agent 4.5 came in with his roller, splatting them. Their octoling souls flew up to the sky.
"Phew." Agent 4.5 was relived.
"I carried you that whole battle! Maybe you should get better with the roller.."
Agent 4.5 wasn't happy that 4 just said he sucked with his own main.
"Well maybe you should-"
"Hey, 4, .5 ! Maybe you could settle this later? We still have a zapfish to save." Callie interrupted.
Agent 4 and Agent 4.5 gave each other a little glare before heading up to the zapfish.
While Agent 4.5 had collected the zapfish, Agent 4 found something on the floor.
"Hey, what's that?" 4.5 questioned.
"I dunno." Agent 4 replied. It had a black base, with orange ink on it. An inkling girl was on it. She had a splattershot, with a smirk on her face.
"It looks a lot like Agent 3, doesn't it?" Agent 4 wondered more about it. She felt it had a use.
"Aaannyways let's get this thing back to Octo Canyon.." Agent 4.5 said, while carrying the zapfish.

Soon enough Agent 4 and 4.5 were off duty. Agent 4 could not get her orange eyes off the thing.
"You seem so interested in it. Whatever it is." .5 commented. Agent 4 looked on the bottom of it. It had a logo that said "amiibo". Hm. It seemed familiar. Wait..That box in the square! It was always there, but..
Agent 4 went over to the amiibo box. It says amiibo, maybe it has something to do with it.
As she went closer, the amiibo starting glowing more and more. Until the amiibo disappeared.
"Huh? The thing.."
Then, it reappeared in the box, displaying magnificent colors. The amiibo got out of her pose.
She looked around for a bit and pushed up to the box. Agent 4 jumped a bit. Shortly after, 4.5 joined her.
"Look, i don't have much time, okay!" The amiibo seemed distressed.
"Something's coming-"
"Okay okay wait! Slow down." 4.5 told her. "What do you mean something's coming?"
"A-A great evil..it will corrupt everything! It'll come from underground.."
"̶M̴y̷.̴.̵m̴y̵ ̵t̴i̴m̵e̴.̸.̸i̵t̶'̷s̴-̵"̸ The amiibo then fell to the bottom of the box.
"What?.." Agent 4.5 questioned.
The amiibo disappeared from the box and back into an amiibo. Right next to the amiibo was some schoolgirl shoes, and clothes.
Agent 4 picked up the amiibo and put it in her pocket. ".5 , do you have a bag i can but these clothes in?"
"That amiibo..it was talking about something bad. Corruption? It's like the story 8 and 8.9 told us.." 4.5 said.
"Hm. You're right. Maybe we could tell them about it." Agent 4 replied as she took the clothes. 4.5 found a plastic bag and handed it to her. She put the clothes in there.
