When i say that i am not as emo as i was before, i mean it as 'I listen to more alternative rock now.' My most recent activity in the alternative rock genre was taking one of my best friends, Elaine, to go see LovelyTheBand in Austin. if you don't know who they are, they are the group who sings Broken on the radio sometimes.
I highly suggest checking them out. They have this presence of magic when they perform. I mean, the lead singer Mitchy quite literally stage dived and at one point came up right in front of me. (and they may have also taken a painting i made for them)
