*Tom's POV*

The past...

"Thank you, professor,"

"You're welcome! And remember, tell everyone I was your potions professor when you're a famous wizard!" Slughorn cries excitedly. I leave his office, my face showing none of the excitement that is currently flowing all throughout my body. I can't believe he was actually stupid enough to give me the book.

I get to the third floor girls bathroom, making sure no one saw me. Not like it mattered, my charm was strong enough that I could turn the entire student body on each other. "open" I hiss in parsetounge.

The chamber opens, and I go down the pipe to the large chamber. I already had everything, seeing the basilisk has done my bidding. And they still think it's that stupid oaf...What's his name? Hagrid? No one is the wiser...

I set the book in front of the body, and pull off the ring that sits on my finger. It's from my mothers family, seeing that my no good, muggle father could ever hold anything with such power. How powerful would I have been if he was a wizard...

No! No more thinking about the past. I'll have eternity to think about all those trivial things, seeing that I do the spell right.

"Alright, here we go,"

The book is set open, at the correct page. I place the ring in front of the body, some fourth year I could care less about. I start reading, the words easily slipping off my tongue. Red magic starts swirling around me and the ring. I look around me, the magic flowing around me is...amazing. I don't think I've seen anything quite like it. Something in me telling me to reach out to touch the magic waves.

Suddenly, my body freezes, an intense pain radiating throughout my body. I would've shriveled up in pain, but my body was frozen in place. The only thing I could've done was scream. So that's what I did.

"ArghhhhHHHHHH" I can feel something in me break apart. My magic, glowing a brighter red, picks the ring up. My vision starts to go, my head is pounding. The pain is too much for my mortal body, but the thought of me living forever brings  a smile to my face as the world goes dark.

The Present...

*Harry's POV*

*Some days later*

As I walk to the platform, I try to look as depressed as I could. I mean, seeing I was already so drained because I decided to make three horcrux's at the same time, it was pretty easy to act. Word got out that my Aunt, Uncle, and cousin were killed, and that it was possibly Voldemort trying to get to me.

"Harry! Oh my gosh, are you alright?" I sigh, turning around. I see Hermione, Ron, and Ginny running towards me.

"We heard what happened, mate!" Ron says, out of breath. "You alright?"

"Yeah, I guess,"  I've been asked this question too much already today, and it's hasn't even been twenty minutes. "You guys know how they treated me...a small part of me is almost relieved."

"Yeah, but they're still your family," Hermione says, placing a soft, comforting hand on my shoulder.

I shake her hand off, and start walking away from our small group. I have to find Draco, he'll understand. "I have to find someone..I'll find you guys in a few,"

I went as fast as my sleep deprived body could go, towards the compartment that I know Draco shares with Pansy and Blaise. Opening the door, I hear the familiar voice of none other than "Tom?"

"Why, it is I, Potter," He smiles.

"Why-"

"I was just asking the same thing," Draco says, staring at Tom. Draco is still in awe how I turned over to the dark side, and learned all the secret in a single summer while his father has been the Dark Lord's right hand for years, but Draco still knows nothing.

"I am keeping an eye on our dear old friend, Snape...We can't trust him with our little secret,"

"Ahh, but what about Dumbledore?" I ask.

"That's were you come in," He claps his hands, an evil glint in his eyes. "I'm going to give you these terrible nightmares," He purrs.

"Just get on with it," I snap, crossing my arms.

We talk about the plan to bring down Dumbledore, almost for the entire trains ride. Draco and Blaise seem to be half way asleep, while Pansy left a while ago to go see her other friends. "And then-Hey!"

I look at Dudley's watch, and get up quickly. "I told Hermione and Ron that I would meet them," I grab my trunk, walking out of the compartment. I chuckle when I hear the familiar crack of Tom apperating. Walking down the hallway, and knocking on a few doors, I finally find Ron and Hermione's.

"Bloody hell, mate! Where were you?" Ron says, looking up from his game of exploding snaps.

"I do wonder how she didn't get into Ravenclaw...we could use a mind like that"

I jump, turning around. "What, where are you?" I trip, trying to turn around. My eyes roll into the back of my head, and I'm out before my hand hits the ground.

"Potter..."

My eyes open. I'm back at Malfoy Manor, but...Wasn't I just on the train?

"Yes, I do find it odd that your mind looks like this," Tom steps out from the shadows, grabbing my wrist. "How are you doing, my pretty~" He purrs.

I feel my cheeks heat up, but keep my cool. "It hasn't even been ten minutes," He smiles, kissing my nose.

"Much too long..." He conjurs a chair, waving for me to sit down with him. My legs feel like jelly, but I try my best to walk over to him. "Look, I know you're very...adverse...to the effects of the Imperious Curse, but you need to allow me full control of your body," He uses his index finger to press hard on my scar, and I suddenly wake up

Suddenly, the worst pain I've ever felt rips through my body. I scream, hearing it echo around the room.

Room...room? When did I get into a room?

"Potter!" Madam Pomfrey rushes over to me, shocked that I'm so suddenly awake.

"Voldemort! Voldemort! He-He's back!" I yell, but it isn't actually me....I don't have control over my actions. Almost as though I'm not part of my body.

Tom took control...

I grab Madam Pomfrey's shirt, my voice straining, sweat dripping down my face. "He....Dumble...Dumbledore! Keepy him safe, please! Keep him safe, he's in da...danger!"

Really? Does he have to be so dramatic?

The last thing I hear before I go back into myself, is Madam Pomfrey yelling for someone who is out of my field of vision.
