It is just another night in Seoul. The darkness of your room is surrounding you. The only lightsources are the moon shining through your window and the colors of the TV which are shining brightly into your eyes. You look to your left and see Jungkook peacefully watching the movie which was playing right now. He notices you staring and flashes you a quick smile - his bunny smile truly was your favorite. You two are in your apartment, cuddling on the sofa while sharing a blanket and a big bowl of popcorn right in between of you. The drinks were on the little table to the right next to the sofa. You turn back to look at the TV screen and snuggle farther into Jungkooks chest, his arm hanging loosely around your shoulders. You close your eyes for a short moment and think about how lucky you are at the moment chewing on your heavenly popcorn. You remember the time when Jungkook confessed to you at the amusement park two weeks ago all shy with a blushing face, the smell of cotton candy and popcorn surrounding the both of you. You open your eyes again and watch the sisters on the TV singing a song. The atmosphere couldn't be more perfect as you keep chewing. Why did you take so much popcorn in your mouth again? You don't know. You feel yourself enjoying the movie and move your hand to the direction of the bowl as you swallow a few bits of popcorn. You're still not done yet though. Suddenly your hand comes in contact with something soft and warm. You interwine your pinkie with his and move your head slowly to look at Jungkook only to see him looking back at you. He smiles and you smile back. "Just like a moment in a fan fiction" you think as the thought of it makes you laugh quietly. Maybe you shouldn't have laughed since you already put some popcorn into your mouth. As on cue you start coughing, ruining the little moment you had with your lover. You feel yourself not being able to stop and completely forget everything around you as you try to control yourself not to panic. Jungkook gets annoyed by your coughing since you interrupted not only the movie but also your little romantic moment which could have been a perfect memory -
if only you hadn't destroyed it.
Jungkook starts getting annoyed by your coughs. Through tears you can see his face changing. His soft delicate features are slowly turning red. His smile is no longer there and he clenches his jaw. There's only one word to describe his face right now.
Angry
You see him taking the remote control from his left. In a second he pushes you against the sofa and is on top of you, mercilessly stabbing you with the remote control. Pain is all you can feel as tears start to fall from your eyes. You can barely make out the red drips on the remote control and Jungkooks slender fingers. He stops and sits upright, you can barely breathe. He's breathing heavily and looks down on you. The drinks on the small table spilled over due to the sudden movement of the sofa.
Drip drip drip
Is it the sprite dripping from the table or is it your blood? Your brain slowly starts shutting down. "You know my favorite thing about our dates? The taste of popcorn." He gets off you and smiles down at you. You breathe in slowly and close your eyes. They say your life flahes in front of your eyes right before you die. You remember your parents, your friends, your work mates. You see Hoseok giving you the Sprite to impress Jungkook and Jimin helping you with your make up for the date. Taehyung standing in front of your closet to find the matching clothes. Jin telling you what popcorn to buy for Jungkook. Namjoon telling you not to be nervous and helping you to calm down. Suga telling you that your sofa is a comfortable place to sleep on. Jungkook entering your appartment with a big smile on his face and surprising you with a stuffed bunny. Within a second you're back to reality and notice the outlines of your lovers body. The last words you hear of him sound like a whisper as faint as the wind
