Prologue (for the next book)

rinnnnnnggggggggggggggggggg!!!!!!!!!!!! 

I sat up yawning. I looked at my clock, it read 8:05. Oh crap! I screamed as I ran toward my closet. I took out random clothes and bolted from the door. I was late for school, and the top student will not, I repeat will not be late to any class. I ran as fast I could to school barely making it in time. Waiting there for me were my best friends in the entire world.

"It's not like you to be late now Serena." Mallow laughed.

"Yeah don't give us that kind of scare!" Dawn said, "The top student here cannot be late."

"At least I made it here." I said still catching my breath. As we all entered school.

If you don't know who I am, my name is Serena Yvonne, I am the top student at Pokémon Academy (yes with straight A's). My best friends are Dawn, Mallow, Lana, Lillie, May, Misty, and Iris. I am also a fangirl of the anime series of Sword Art Online or SAO. All of the top students (a.k.a. my friends) headed for the special room, we call it the green house since it is painted green. Being in the top class gives us special privileges. We have less classes, but more homework than other students. 

When I opened the door, there was a raven-haired boy asleep on the couch. 

His name is Ash Ketchum, he is one of the top students also here. But more importantly he is my boyfriend. See this is all how it started. Ash came here to the school because Gary, his cousin, thought that he needed a change of scenery. When he was about 10 years old, a man named Giovanni killed his family, his brother, sister, and mom. Giovanni apparently wasn't finished with Ash as he made sure he suffered still. He came and kidnapped my friends and I and made Ash get beaten to the point of exhaustion. Well us girls then jumped Giovanni making him suffer the pain, but me and Ash lost so much blood we blacked out. 

In the hospital I realized that I liked Ash Ketchum, but I didn't want to embarrass myself in front of him in case he didn't like me back. 

1 year later or 2 weeks ago, he asked me out. And I told him yes. And things have been going real smoothly since then. Misty is now dating Gary, May is going out with Drew, Dawn and Kenny are in a relationship, and the rest of them, well they're still trying to find fish in the sea. 

But then things took a sudden turn.

"All students please report to the auditorium at once!" The principal announced. I took a deep breath, this was a weird way to start a day. As we all stood up and headed for the auditorium.
