NATSU POV
I bandaged Luce's knee and she fell asleep on the infirmary bed, her blonde hair falling off the pillow, draping like a curtain.
I sat on the chair and smiled as I heard her call my name in her sleep.
She must be dreaming of me
I saw her face change from sleepy to wide awake in a nano second.
"Natsu!" screamed a scared looking Lucy.
I grabbed her hand, kissed it and put it on my face.
"Lucy I'm right here" I assured the breathless blonde as she gazed at me worried.
Her expression didn't change.
"What's wrong?" my voice sounded echoey.
"Y-You're.... D-Dead...." I couldn't contain my startled expression.
"What do you mean, Lucy..... I'm right here....." I brought her hand down to my mouth and began to kiss her knuckles.
Luce still didn't look too convinced, her normally pink lips were grey and her skin was still pale. Her gaze slowly drifted away from me to the furtherest wall in the infirmary.
"GET BACK!" Lucy screamt as she moved backwards on her elbows. She looked hysterical, like a wild animal being caged.
My eyes caught on a black cloak.
"Who is there!?" I already stood protectively in front of Lucy.
The cloaked figure laughed "How cruel, you don't recognize your brother......"
My heart faltered slightly.
"What do you want Zeref?"
He moved out of the shadows, towards the light from the window.
I took a step back out of shock.
"W-what happened to y-you?"
Zeref's face had a dark scar over his left eye and cheek, and it seemed to be growing like a poison.
Then Zeref fell, grabbing the bedpost before he could hit his knees on the ground.
"Lucy's son did this...." my eyes widened in shock.
"What do yo mean Lucy's son?" I walked forward to hear his whispers more clearly.
"She will... Ugh... Carry a son..... who will destroy..... half of the world and enslave.... the rest."
I stood back up and thought carefully.
"Ha nice try Zeref but only an immortal can kill an immortal."
Zeref didn't stand up and laugh instead he said.
"He's your son......"
Oh no
Seems like Natsu and Lucy's future son is one messed up little dude!
