Heyy!! So...Korean people usually don't text using proper spelling or grammar just like how Americans do!! For instance, instead of writing "your", we usually write "ur" when texting. Here are some examples of how Korean people write when texting!! :)

*The one on the left is the proper Korean word/The one on the right is what Korean people, usually teenage and people in twenties, write when texting.*

1. 안녕 -> 안뇽 (Hi)

2. Korean people tend to put "ㅇ" on the last word very often. By doing so, it creates a friendly and kind of cute way of saying something.

Here are some examples:

a. 잘장 (good night)

b. 고마웡  (thank you)

c. 너둥 (you too)

d. 잘 지냉? (How are you doing?)

3. 어떻게 됐어? -> 어케 됐어? (How did it go?)

4. 잘됬네 -> 굿굿 (good good/glad that things went well)

5. 뭐먹어? -> 모먹어? (What are you eating?)

6. 뭐해? -> 모해? (What are you doing right now?)

*As you notice, when Korean people text, they usually replace " 뭐" with "모"*

7. 감사해요. -> 감사해여 (thank you - when talking to someone older)

8. 고마워 -> 감사감사 or 땡큐땡큐 (thank you - when talking to your close friends)

9. 시험 잘 봤어? -> 시험 잘 봤엉? or 시험 잘 봤옹? (How did the test go?)

10. 사랑해 -> 알랴뷰 (I love you)

*알랴뷰 is literally how "I love you" will be written in Korean*

(Similar to how ice cream is 아이스크림 in Korean.)

11. 아니 -> ㄴㄴ (No)

12. 동의해 -> 인정 (or ㅇㅈ) (I agree)

13. 귀엽다 -> 귀여벼 or 기여벼 (cute)

I really hope this made sense! Please feel free to ask questions in the comment below! :)

감사합니다ㅏㅏㅏ~~~ (This is also something that many Koreans write. It means "Thank youuuuuu~~~")
