I stopped for a minute.

Well she deserved it. "I said waving her off.
She looked at me like I was crazy.
I vamp-sped in front of her.
She stepped off the ledge and hit the ground.
The blood started flowing on the pavement.
I smirked.
I heard clapping.
Stefan came out of the shadows smirking.
Caroline behind him.
That's not fair! She didn't even touch her. "Caroline complained.
Hey, the game is to scare her to death. I scared her so much that she fell to her death. "I said smirking.
Stefan chuckled amused.
She cheated! "Caroline said to Stefan.
No I liked it. Never seen someone play the game like that. "Stefan told her.
Caroline rolled her eyes.

We shake our heads in disappointment just as Caroline appears on the steps to the upper level, looking offended.
She scoffs.
Are you booing me? "She questioned.
Boo! "I told her.
I scared him! "She argued.
She turns to the bartender.
I scared you, right? With the whole chair-flipping, and the bottle thing? "She asked him.
Me and Stefan shrug, not impressed.
Who are you people? "The bartender asked.
Oh! I'm Caroline-- [She gestures to Stefan, who waves to him]-- This is Stefan. [She gestures to me, and I winked] That's emely. [She points to Chris' body] And that? Mmm... was delicious. "Caroline explained
She turns to us.
Taste! "She told us.
We go over to the body and taste his blood.
Mmm! "Stefan hummed happily.
What's going on? "The bartender asked.
Well, we had a little bet with Caroline that she would scare you to death. "I told him.
Like, literally scare you to death. "Caroline added.
But, you have to understand-- this is her first time actually messing with somebody, so she didn't realize the whole "dead body shock-drop"-thing is a complete cliché. "I explained.
Cliché? This guy was my friend! "The bartender said angrily.
Well, then why aren't you freaking out? A panic attack? A heart attack? Come on, give me something. "Caroline said annoyed.
