The forest was quiet tonight. While Scout and Onny still dozed beside me. I wasn't tired so I went outside of the rocky cave we call home.

Outside was cool. The breeze whipped through my soft golden brown fur. Then I heard rustling in the bushes to my left. It was a rabbit. I pounced. It was fast. But I was faster. I jumped on top of it, pinning it to the ground. My claws sinking into its flesh. It let out a squeal. I dug my teeth into its neck, killing it instantly. I happily gobbled it up and stared up at the sky.

The moon was full and the stars were twinkling. It calmed me. I slowly dozed of to sleep on the soft green grass.

In the morning Onny was calling him. Her soft black fur glowing in the warm summer sun. "Murphyyy. I'm hungry!" She whined. "Fine. I'll get you a squirrel." I rolled my eyes. I came back a couple minutes later with a bloody squirrel between my jaws. I dropped it in front of her and she ate it instantly. "Wait, Onny, where is Scout?" She looked up at me with a confused expression. "I don't actually know."

She said something else but I couldn't hear her. I was running around the forest frantically looking for Scout.

Then, I saw them.
