Experiment 1267

Two

Three humans came at me from all sides. I growled. They slowly came towards me and shot me with some kind of dart.

I woke up in a cold bright room. I was in a small kennel with a hundred different dogs. They were all barking. But in a frightened way. I looked around.

Beside me I recognized a female golden retriever. Her fur was caked in mud and she looked really depressed. I'm pretty sure her name is Summer. I thought.

I looked over at the cage in front of me and instantly recognized Sprite. Her white fur blended in with the white marble flooring but you could easily see her with black spots sprinkling her coat of fur. She had an angry expression and when she turned around to the back of her cage, I could see a huge cut running along her back.

The cage across from mine had a beautiful border collie. I saw her white coat splotched with brown spots and new her name was Gezabel. She looked angry and she was barking along with the rest of the dogs.

I looked to my left and saw a white pit bull. He looked scared. I new his name was Peter. He whimpered along with a little black chihuahua named Eli.

I then realized that there was another dog in the cage with Peter. She looked like him but she had a little sprinkle of black spots on her. She, on the other paw, was not scared at all. She was barking and growling. "What's her name?" I asked Summer while nodding over to the pit bull. "Nessi." She replied.

A couple minutes later I heard the large steel door open. Three men wearing white jump suits and white face masks appeared. I growled.

They went in every dogs cage. Taking notes and putting collars on them. When they got to my cage I growled and backed up to the wall. They came towards me and grabbed me by the scruff of my neck. I turned my head around and snapped my jaws around one mans hand, making it bleed. He yelled and then snapped the metal collar shut around my neck.
