"Goodbye josh, I'll see you tomorrow."
"Goodbye Dr. Ohara, see you tomorrow."*Dr. Ohara*
*sigh* "jeezus..nothing new."
*knock on the door*
"Hello hello, may I enter??""Ah Dr. Arcado, yes please come in."
"You look quite flustered? Just finished up with "Josh" I suppose.""Yeah, he uh...he's still giving me the same story..he still thinks he's josh."
"Have you ever seen or dealt with anything like this before?"
"Yes, once a while back but not to this extent. He's been telling me the exact same story since the day he was arrested for those murders, he thought he was that poor boy Josh since day one. Could be out of guilt, it could be because...he's looking for a way out, I'm just not sure."
"No not since day one, do you not remember your first session with him? He had convinced himself that he was a boy in the neighborhood, and was "jealous" that Josh didn't invite him to his party. When in reality he was a neighbor who stopped taking their medication, decapitated the man who was supposed to be Elmo at the party and waited."
"I just..I'm not sure. One thing is for sure though, I guess you never truly know who lives next door to you..do you?"
"I guess not."
