When Caitlin and Barry woke up the next morning they decided that it would be the perfect day to tell everyone the great news about their engagement and pregnancy. They planned that they would have a baby shower and a gender reveal party combined a couple weeks before their wedding. Their wedding was going to be in a month. Barry and Caitlin were ecstatic.

When Caitlin walked into Star Labs with Barry she just couldn't help smiling as she saw everyone at Star Labs including Felicity, Oliver, and Barry had also invited Kara. When everybody noticed them Joe asked "Soooo, what's the big news you wanted to tell us?" "Well... we're engaged!" Caitlin said as she held up her hand to show of the ring. Everyone jeered, happy for them. Except for Iris who looked like she could murder them both right there in the cortex. "But, that's not the only thing," Barry said, everyone seemed intrigued. "What is it?" asked Felicity curiously. "I'm pregnant Caitlin said. "Oh My Gosh!" Felicity screamed as she ran over to give them a hug. Joe turned pale and looked like he was about to faint. Everyone else was beaming except for Iris who had stormed out of the room. Then Barry noticed Cisco hiding behind Oliver with a video camera and laughed.

After they told everyone the news Barry fought the usual crime for the day and they went home. Caitlin walked into the loft and saw a little tiny box wrapped in yellow wrapping paper with a little pink bow on top. "Barry what's this?" She asked. "Open it up." He said with a grin on his face. So she walked over to the box, untied the bow, carefully unwrapped the box, and opened it up. Inside she saw two tiny pairs of shoes. One pair was pink and one was blue. "I thought I would get you a little gift before your first sonogram and since we don't know the gender I got pink and blue." Barry said. Caitlin took Barry into her arms and the kissed. When it ended, which Caitlin wish it didn't, Barry still had her in his arms and they went over to the bedroom.
