recap

That made me smile. I mean, real slight. Just reaaally slight, not a damned big deal. "Awww, thank you Professor."

"Don't let it go to your head." He rolled his eyes as the corners of his mouth move upwards. He smiled. "Wait, was that a smile?" I chuckled and can't help but smile as well. "Don't mention it." He tried to supress a smile, it was obvious. And i'd admit that was cute. No, no it wasn't. He's not cute. Definitely.

I went and walked to the door as I looked back at him, still sitting on the chair behind the teacher's desk. "Andrea." I said as I softly smiled.

"Andrea Ryder."

The alarm clock began blaring its usual wake-up call, startling me in my sleep. I groaned as I rolled over to the unslept part of my bed. As I blinked, I looked at the time on my phone just sitting on my table beside my bed. It's currently 7:02 AM, I sighed. I lazily dragged my body out of bed to begin preparing myself for another day at my university. I walked across the dimly lit hallway of my house to the bathroom. I quickly took a warm shower. And put on the clothes I have gotten from my wardrobe and wore jeans that accentuated my waist. Adding a black belt with a shiny golden-coloured buckle.

I let my blonde hair down, as I combed it. I didn't prepare myself a breakfast since I figured out I would just go to the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf branch just blocks away from my house. I grabbed my chic and black backpack and headed out of the house, locking the door as I go. After several minutes of walking, the cafe lies ahead, its chestnut brown paint glistening in the first golden rays of the day. It's early and the machines are yet to warm, so I ponder this chance to rest a moment longer, to drink in the aroma of this place. I pick a seat near the glass wall. And as always, for breakfast I ordered myself a blueberry bagel with an added cream cheese. Also an hazelnut chocolate latte.

"Is that all?" The female barista, Victoria, asked me with a warm morning smile. I remembered Vincent and I thought of asking him to follow me here in the cafe for us to have breakfast together before going to the university. So, I ordered ahead, his favorite. "Oh, I would like one of the grilled chicken caesar from your gourmet sandwiches. Thanks!" I gave her a warm smile in return as well. "Got it, Andrea. It'll just take some minutes." She replied as I headed my way back to my table. Victoria, the barista from earlier eventually became my friend because of my daily visits to this cafe. Yup, I'm a regular. I texted Vincent to come over here but I soon got a reply and once again, he took another rain check, I annoyingly sighed. I got my order and quickly finished eating my bagel, I had the grilled chicken caesar sandwhich for take out as I walked my way to school while drinking my latte. I don't even know why Vincent is starting to act like his old crappy self, I don't have a good feeling about this.

It was break time and I was with Ella and Sienna walking our way to the campus grounds to check the bulletin board for any new announcements. Sienna and Ella were talking to each other, about something that probably interests them both, I'm just searching the campus for Vincent. I'm worried for him, I haven't seen him in almost three days. "Andrea?"
