His Smile | Haruka x reader

From your point of view, you would see Haruka as an emotionless person who rarely shows much affection for anything or for anyone. It was quite hard for most people to understand what he was thinking behind his emotionless mask.

And you knew that as well.

But there are times when he would show them. Even if it wasn't enough or was hard to see, it's always rare for him to show them. But most of those affections were always directed to you. Why? Because he loves you as much as you love him.

The one thing that you truly loved about his small affections, was his smile. It was something that you thought was so simple yet could not be described in just mere words.

When he smiles at you, even if it is only for a second, you just can't help but feel butterflies fluttering in your stomach.

Who wouldn't love his small yet beautiful smile?

As Haruka sat there on the couch reading a book, you decided to attempt a move just to see him smile.

So you sat next to him and made yourself comfortable beside him.

"Haru?" you whispered to him as you laid your head on his shoulder and peak at the page he was reading.

You caught Haruka's attention and he let out a small hum in response as he closed the book.

"I love you."

Those three words was all it would take to make Haruka's cheeks dye in a light pink and send his heart racing. Every time you said those words to him, he'd always be in a complete mess and it would be quite difficult for him to say it back in his embarrassed state.

But even if he couldn't say it, he'd always smile.

You're eyes gleamed in both content and satisfaction as he have you his signature smile. And boy did you love him so much when he did it.

You then kissed him on the cheek and giggled as his blush darkened a bit more.

"I love it when you smile, Haru. It suits you" you said, letting out another giggle.

He then chuckled and kissed you, this time on the lips. As you both broke the kiss, he smiled again, but this time, a bit wider. Only making your heart skip a beat or two and blush madly.

Haru noticed this and chuckled again.

"It's even better when you smile back" he replied. You couldn't help but just kiss him again.
