She's laughing, sounding muffled as if a clear class screne separates me from the people two guys and a girl, one boy has brown curly hair while the other has straight ebony hair that fell particially in his eyes, while the girl I couldn't see , she was unknown to myself a mystery.
They were laughing at something the curly haired guy had said as they were walking along the pavement. These people made me think of the three musketeers, alhtough young and vibrant they were sharing a strong understanding and an emotional secret.
From the way they walked and acted you would swear they were intoxicated but it was clear that they weren't, something tickled at my memory... something fustrating. Disappearing before i could fully grasp it, this happened repeatedly
the squeal of tires
Screaming, the girl looking directly into the windshield sharing the terrified gaze with the glazed eyes of a boys who were identical to my own . They were so familiar, so familiar...
The lights coming into direct contact with my eyes the glass screne seems to be gone and I'm frozen, then the feel of warm skin wrapped around my wrist pulling me out the way, stumbling into the harsh surface of the old oak tree that shaded our road in a motled fashion. I tried raising my hand towards my saviour in warning, my voice let out a strangled scream as the curly haired boy became the willing victim of the monsterous engine speeding for him, unable to shut my eyes and turn my head from the awful scene unfolding, my body was uncooperative while my mind screamed in defiance. The moment our eyes conected accross the distance his eyes clouded wih pain, but something else was hidden beneath that. The squeals louder snd he was gpne flying through the air as if he weighed nothing. My strangled screams for him to wake up were in vain as I struggled to crawl towwards him my vision beginning to cloud. The tears now flowing freely as I lost all my senses becoming a victim of the dark.
But it continues through the darkness, the squealing a crunch of metal and alarms, so many alarms amd screams coming from everywhere. My name... being shouted by a panicked voice.
A shaky vision blurred by my dizziness, ambulances, and pain. I was now behind the glass as I watched the scene before me, the children, the mothers, then... him.
Waking with a jolt , my hand immediately went to my stomach. Tears ran freely down my cheeks and I knew I was not going to be capable of anymore sleep tonight, so doing what I only knew how. I reached for my phone, sitting shining in the dark as I brushed the screen, dammit! Its 2 in the morning cursing myself, i decide not to worry him. Quickly giving in to my resolve for bothering him, I sent the message to Tyde asking him to come, although he hates me for what happened he would always come when I had a nightmare we seemed to share them, a sort of link perhaps. He seemed to rely on my touch as much as I relied on his to comfort him as if I would disppear any second if he didn't hold me close. its probably not the best thing to do at two in the morning, but it sure does involve him because he is the only one who knew. Who knows. A small chime from my phone, told me that he was on his way.
"Fairy?" A whisper from my window with a sigh of relief I open the window for the boy who had coined the nickname for me when we were 4 and 5, when I went through a tinkerbell phase. Seeing his hands clasp the window sill I can't help but give a small smile, hiding it when he hauled himself in through the opening.
"I had the dream again, its so vivid ... and I woke up the exact same way." I was talking before he even climbed in, i had had to there was no way i could hold it in for any longer Another tear rolled down my cheek , using my sleve I tried to wipe it away before he could see it. Turning towards me I could see the bags under his eyes... he must have also had a rough couple nights, it pained me to see him like this but also was a sense of comfort seeing him looking slightly dishevelled with bed hair and sweats on.
