CRDL vs. Soul Reaper

Your P.O.V

As I walk out of Professor Ports class, team Ruby rushes over to me. "Yo" I smile a bit as they follow me. Ruby looks up to me "So...are you ready for your fight with CRDL?" I nod "I don't think it'll be all that hard." Weiss scoffs "You against a team? Don't you think you're underestimating them?" I chuckle and put my hands in my pocket "Nope, not even a little."

We take our seats as we get to combat class. I look around and see Cardin glaring at me, along with his team. I smirk then look away as Goodwitch stands before the class. "Alright, let's begin. Is there anyone who would like to start off?" She asks as she scans the room. Cardin raises his hand "We want to fight the new guy!" I stand up and begin to walk down to the arena "I'll do it." I jump down and hold my arm out with a small smile on my face "Zangetsu!" My clothing changes to the shinigami attire and with Zangetsu in my hand.

CRDL changes into their gear and comes out standing across from me. Cardin swings his mace to rest over his shoulder "We're going to grind you to a pulp!" The rest of his team smiles and laugh. I spin my sword, pointing it to the ground as I stab it into the floor, leaving it there. Cardin grits his teeth and yells "Let's get him!" As they run at me.

3rd POV

As CRDL gets halfway to where Y/N stands, he dashes forward, slamming his fist into Cardins stomach and sends him flying back. Cardins' mace clatters to the floor as the rest of his team stares at him. Dove was the first to react, leaping towards Y/N. He swung his short sword down at him but hit nothing. Y/N was standing next to his blade, one hand resting on the hilt.

"You know, it's not nice to swing at someone from their blindside." Y/N says as he smiles. Cardin pulls himself out of the wall, walking back to his team. He holds out his mace in front of him. "We're not done yet, doesn't matter how fast you are, we'll beat you!" The rest of his team nods in agreement as you sigh.

"Alright then..." Y/N says as he smiles "Let's see if you can make me use my sword." He takes a few steps forward, the smile falling from his face. Sky and Dove rushed at him, with Cardin and Russel a few steps behind. Y/N readies himself as Sky swings his halbred.

Y/N backflips over it, kicking Sky in the jaw with enough force to send him flying into the air. Y/N lands just as Dove attempts to slash at his shoulder. Y/N grabs his wrist, forcing the blade past him as he knees him in the gut. The others stop as Dove crumpled to the ground, his aura shattering.

"That's what you get for the blind side hit" Y/N says as Sky hits the ground, incapacitated as well. "He...took both of them out with...a single hit. Who is this guy?" Russel says. Cardin snaps at him "They're weak anyway, we'll still crush him."

They continue to close the distance as Y/N sighs. "You still don't get it." Y/N flashes in front of Russel, palm striking his chin before turning to Cardin. He holds his mace in front of him to defend himself. Everyone's mouth dropped as Y/N punched through it, destroying the mace and hitting Cardin in face. Cardin tumbled away before coming to a stop at the wall.

Cardin struggled to his feet, glaring daggers at Y/N. "You just don't know when to quit, huh?" Y/N says as Russel jumps up and trying to slash down at him. He suddenly appears behind him, grabbing his ankle and throwing him into Cardin. Y/N walks away grabbing his sword and changes back to normal.

Glynda stands up, "Y/N wins the match!" She glances to the camera that Ozpin is watching the fight through. He takes a sip from his mug and watches as you leave the arena. "Seems I was right after all... Soul reaper."
