Good News, Bad News

“She’s awake! Kate, princess?!” I yelled.

“Andy, don’t get your hopes up, please…” Briana said with her negative self again. I ignored her, and ran up to her room door. I heard another scream of pain again, but after followed the faint words of

“Andy!” And a cry after.

“Kate, I’m here! You have to do this! Stay alive, Kate!” I yelled through the door.

“What the hell is going on in there?!” I turned to Briana.

“She’s most likely being forced to stay alive, she’s mentally ready to live, but her body can’t handle it, so they’re using the zap things to keep her alive. Those hurt like a bitch. They’ve hen the screaming stopped.

“Andy?!” I heard her yell back, but she was out of breath and obviously in emense pain.

“Kate!” I yelled again, and punched the wall. Why wouldn’t they just let me in?!

“Andy!” She said again, a little more happiness in her voice this time.

“Let me in!” I yelled to the doctors, punching the door again.

“God damn you! I want to see Kate!” I yelled again. Then the door opened under my fist, I pushed past the doctor standing there that opened it and ran straight for Kate. She was laying there, sweaty, but alive.

“Kate!” I exclaimed again. I gave her a huge hug, and we just kept like that for a long time.

“Why?!” I asked her.

“I-I couldn’t anymore…” She said, softly crying into my shirt.

“You need to tell me exactly what happened…” I whispered, she nodded. Finally.

“Don’t do anything idiotic while we’re gone, please. But we’ll let you guys have a bit of privacy.” I heard a doctor say behind me. After they left I looked Kate dead in the eyes.

“Explain… Please…” I said, biting my lip.

“At your concert Landon found me and brought me to some dark ally, and he had… somewhat of a gang there, and they… raped… and Landon threatened that if I told you he would hurt you somehow. Then I saw him at the after party… And I couldn’t handle anything anymore. I was thinking about my parents, Landon, everyone when I was younger and before you found me. I wasn’t thinking correctly, I’m sorry…” She whispered to me, tears slowly rolling down her face.

“Landon…” Was all I could say.

“Yeah…” She said hesitantly. Ash came in with all the guys soon, and were elated to see her.

“Kate!” Cc screamed, running towards her, pulling her into a bear hug.

“Fuck!” She yelled pathetically, Cc getting off of her instantly once she said that.

“What happened?” He asked.

“You touched my wrist…” She said, holding her hand.

“Oh, I’m sorry…” Cc said, looking down. She nodded, then looked at me.

“Don’t you have a show to do?” She asked hesitantly.

“Not now.” I said. Why would I leave her again, that’s just idiotic.

 “But Andy, I don’t want to ruin your career just bec-“ She started to say, then the doctor walked in.

“Would you fellas mind if we had some time alone, please?” The doctor asked the guys. They nodded, then headed out. The doctor seemed cool, tattoos, an ear piercing.

“Hello, my name is Bruce. I’m Kate’s doctor. So, I have some news.” He said after the guys were out.

“Good or bad?” Kate asked.

“Both,” He said. “First off it’s a mariacle she lived. We had no doubt she was going to die to be honest. And second off while we were running some tests we came upon something… a bit odd.” He said concerned.

“Well, what is it?” I asked, the suspense killing me.

“Good news is… You’re pregnant. Bad news is… You are showing symptoms of cancer…” He dragged out.

“W-W-What?” Kate asked, stunned. I was thinking the same thing.

So I think a lot of people saw the pregnancy coming, but who saw the cancer thing coming?! :D XD WEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPP.... I don't know what else to say ;-;
