Personality: She is a very kind and loving mother but she has her attitude when needed. She is very protective of her foster kids and the pets, one time she broke a spoon over her husbands head...
Backstory: She grew up in a very poor area of Seoul, people always getting into trouble, education barely affordable. She has three other siblings all that she lost touch with. As she grew her parents lost love for her, their love going to gambling, alcohol, drugs, and MONEY. They were starting to lose all the money that barely had. Soo-Ah's parents started to slip into debt they couldn't pay off. With a threat to their life they sold their daughter off to a rich mans son. She got married to the mans son. He acted so kind around her until the found out she couldn't have children. Thats when the abuse started. He would hit her and get mad at her for no reason, being the kind women she is she stayed with him. They went into the foster care system, she hoped that children would fix his ways...they didn't....they made it worse.
