Marinette's pov
Today was a normal day I guess; I hung out with Alya at school, dealt with "Queen Bee" trying to show off again...  yet somehow, something about today just doesn't feel right. Oh shoot, its almost time for patrol with Chat.

"Tikki, Spots On!" After I transform, I should check on the rooftops near the school to see if Chat's out there yet.

I use my yo-yo to quickly swing silently through the city. I stop a moment to catch my breath on a rooftop when I suddenly notice movement behind me. " Good evening Bugaboo, " I instanly recognise the voice to see Chat behind me. His face though, there's something slightly different about it. But what is it?

"......ello? LB, are you ok?" Chat asked with slight worry in his voice and on his face.

"...what? Oh yeah, I'm fine. I was just thinking about something there for a minute. Shall we start patrol now?" I answer, coming out of my thoughts.

"Yep, " he responded. Huh, I'm not hearing any cat puns yet...

Patrol ended somewhere around midnight so I decided to head home, making sure Chat doesn't follow me. As soon as I transform back Tikki gave me a weird look. I already know what she's going to say, so I just layed down on my bed waiting for sleep while I start thinking again.

Next thing I know as I look over. Chat's over at my trapdoor. I wonder why he's here so late. Did he not go home already? Did something happen? Maybe he's here just to say hi? I don't know, but I guess I'll open it for him and offer some cookies I guess.

"Hey, Chat. What's going on?" I ask trying to wrap my he'd around why he's here.

No pov

"Mari... I've.... well um its been a rough day, " Chat slowly looked down at his feet. ((hard? bad? kinky. You know who your are with this reference))

" Its been that paw-ful?" Chat looks up a bit with a smile on his face. Chat finally walks over to where Mari was sitting over by her desk. Mari glanced at him for a second or two while he placed himself on the floor.

Mari decided to join him on the floor, besides what harm could it do?

"Do you want to talk about it kitty?" Mari asked cautiously, hoping that she doesn't make things worse.

"...That's kind of you Purr-incess, but would you mind if I could just stay here for awhile before I have to go home?"

"Not at all, but real quick, I'm going to go downstairs and grab a snack, would you like me to bring you some cookies?"

Chat's face instantly lit up. It seemed like the angels were singing to him or something. "Yes pleasseeeee."

When mari got back with the snacks, she was surprised that he was curled up on her bed purring and asleep. Mari decided to leave him alone for a little bit as she climbed under the sheets. Not even seconds after she got in, Chat snuggled close to her.

"...I... love you...purr-incesss....goodnight..." and that's all he said as he drifted even further into a deep sleep.

Marinette flushed as she heard these words slip from cat's mouth. As Mari herself started to drift off into dream land she managed to say, " I love you too kitty..." as she also cuddled up closer to her chat.

While the two were asleep, Chats ring beeped as he transformed back into Adrien. Plagg flew up into the air. He showed a quick smile before turning around to grab a quick snack before going to sleep as well when he say her. Tikki was right in front of him. She gave him a quick, and I mean quick hug. They chatted for a few hours before they played down with the other two in the bed and passed out for the night.

He woke up before Mari, transformed, and left until the next time he would visit her again.
