I walked into my bedroom and smiled as my Queen laid there sleep. I walked over to her, and kissed her cheek, waking her up.
"Good morning baby girl"
" Good morning daddy" pecks his lips
" here I bought you these"

"Thank you, their beautiful"
" Today my moms coming over"
"You know she hate me" Toni said pushing her hair out of her face.
"She dont hate you, you know how my mom is, she thinks everyone is with me for money"
" I know"
"I'll be downstairs preparing for them, get dressed" kisses her forehead

I sat up and put my slippers on. After doing my hygiene and shower, I put on a romper with some sandles. Lastly I placed on a smile, before walking downstairs to greet my future monster in law.
"Good Morning"
"Hey" Mrs Barbara said very dry
"Mama have a seat, here is some coffee".
"Thanks son, Toni my Kenny looks smaller since the last time I seen him"
"He eats fine Mrs. Barbara"
" ok just checking, I wish you had someone older. This broad is ten years younger than u are.
"Yeah mama, my fiance takes good care of me"
" You and Tracey were a great match"
" I know, but I'm with Toni now"
"YOU KNOW?" Toni said with anger
Toni stormed off with anger to her room and slammed the door behind her. Kenny clenched his jaw
"Mama you mind coming back another time"
"Sure son, see you later love you" leaves out

I walked upstairs to see Toni pacing the room.
"What Is your damn problem! Huh"
"I feel like I'm never enough for you"
"Were not having this conversation again Toni"
" Kenny I'm not your trophy wife, if you want that, go get someone that you can build up to be your perfect wife! I want to work! "
"Are we back on this work shit T, Your not working. If you wont to work go get you a lowlife who makes you go half on the Bills! No wife of mine will work do you understand me!

Kenny calmed down and sighed. He went over to Toni and embraced her.
" I love you more than anything"
