Chapter Eight

I hear my alarm, I look at it and see that it's my 'bitch it's 10am' alarm. Big sigh. School deadass started two hours ago. Oh my god. I literally missed the first block. I blame Zion for keeping me up late. I smile at the thought of Zion. I really have a good feeling about this boy. 

Oh shit I gotta get ready. I go to my closet and pull out some blue skinny jeans, a white tank top, and I grab Z's sweatshirt. Just Incase I get cold. I do my makeup real fast and put on my socks and white high tops. Ooh bitch. I look cute. I finish up with my hair, grab my things and leave the house. I guess I have to walk today. 

I get to school in the middle of passing time to my next period. That's fine I guess. I find my next class and sit next to some white boy, since there's was like 3 seats left. I felt kinda weird cause he kept looking at me. I finally turned and said hi.

"Hi" 

"Oh um hi."

"So, what's your name?"

"Austin." 

"Nice. I'm Sammy." I smile and put my hand out and we shake hands. Why are his hands so soft. 

Throughout the whole class period we kept talking about random things. He's pretty cool. He likes to skateboard, he's a really good drawer, and he's a little obsessed with anime. I mean anime's kind cool I guess. The food in the shows always looks so good. He seems like a good kid, maybe we'd be good friends. 

- skip to lunch -

Ugh. Where's Veronica. She better have this lunch. I text her asking where she's at. Turns out she's in class and has a different lunch. She couldn't tell me sooner? I roll my eyes and get in line and gladly I see Alex. "Hey Alex."

"Oh hey Sammy. Have you seen Veronica?" 

"She doesn't this lunch on even days."

"Ah ok. Cause I was looking for her but I couldn't find her small ass. I was gonna text her by iont have her number so."

"Oh you want me to give it to you?" 

"Sure." I gave her V's number and we got our lunch. Definitely didn't get those nasty ass nachos.

"Sooooo, have you talked to ya boo thang?" 

I smile. "Wellll. We made progress." 

 "Wait oh my god. Shut up. Tell me everything." 

"Ok well we first started texting each other you know, and then he asked if I can meet him at the park."

"Like a date? Oh my goodness."

"I mean I don't know if it was a date. But we hung out there for a little bit, then we did a little graffiti on some walls or something." 

"AWWWE HE LIKES YOUUUU."

"Yeah right. But anyways, we did that and then we went back to the park and talked a little bit. And guess what he gave me HIS VAPE AND HIS SWEATSHIRT. AHHH" 

"GIRL HE LIKES LIKES YOU."

"Ok ok but.. I don't know. Ugh he's so cute." 

"You guys are going to get married and have little Zions and little Sammys ugh I can't wait." 

"See that's a little too much, but I wouldn't mind."We both laugh and eat our lunch.

All day I couldn't get Zion out of my head. He's just so ugh. I see V and Alex by the car. I start to walk over but stopped by the one and only. "Hey, nacho."
