It's been about 6 months since the incident, Angela has made a full recovery and I am slowly. I have more movement than I expected, I still don't have proper movement in my left arm but at least I can move it now. Angela's been working with me and Leon on how to shoot a bow. I've been teaching Leon and Angela how to throw and hunt with knifes and Leon is teaching Angela and I stealth. In terms of progress I'm doing the best in archery and Angela is doing the best in hunting with knifes, Leon is one of the best at throwing knifes and it's a toss-up between Angela and myself for the best stealth. "I'm heading out to the river to fetch some water, Angela keep practicing your aim with those knifes I'll be back in 10," I yell out, Angela replies with, "Mmmmk." When I get to the bank I ponder on going for a swim, but decide not to. I can see myself in the water, my brown eyes shine in the reflection of the blue water, my black hair hasn't been washed properly in about 2 months, that's when Leon and I ran out of shampoo and my face is dirty but slightly tanned. We don't want to go back into the city yet; last time we went the city borders were guarded by soldiers. We decided then that we'll go when we are ready enough to take them all out, which shouldn't be too long considering the progress that we've made; we're just waiting on my arm to heal properly then we'll be ready. I fill up the first bucket with water, then the second and carry them back to the camp. I get back to see Leon pinned to the ground by Angela. I put the buckets down quietly and sneak around to within earshot, "You can't tell him," Angela threatens, "Can't tell who what?" I ask, they both jump up off the floor and reply, "Nothing." I laugh, "Did you guys practice at all while I was gone, or were you just rolling on the floor," I ask Angela. She replies, "Well, I was but Leon asked me a question so I answered and that's when I decided to pin him to the floor."
"For no reason?" I ask, Angela starts to blush, "Yes," she lies, I know she's was lying but I'm not going to get the truth out of her any time soon so I drop it, "ok then," I laugh. Leon looks at me differently to usual. After everyone splits I start walking over to Leon but Angela turns me round, "Did you boil the water when you got back?" she asks, "No sorry I forgot. I'm sure we have enough left if you're thirsty," I reply, "Ok well I'll go tell Leon to boil the water you got," she says, "Ok then," I answer. Angela walks over to Leon and tells him to boil the water, or at least that's what she said she'd say. Leon walks over to the buckets and starts pouring the water in to the 'boiling' bucket then lights the fire below it, "Hey Anthony do you perhaps want to come with me for a swim in the river?" I hear Angela ask me, "Yes!" I exclaim then quickly correct myself, "I mean yeah ok sure why not." I blush and laugh to try and stop blushing, she laughs at me and says, "let's go then." We decide to race to the river, I get there first with Angela not too far behind. I already have my shirt off by the time she gets there, she trips over and I catch her and hold her for a moment and then let her go, "Well I'm getting in I don't know about you," she takes a moment and then realizes what I said and takes her top off, jumping in after me. When she resurfaces I'm nowhere to be found, I resurface slowly and quietly and scare her from behind, she turns around and splashes water in my face and we both laugh, "I'll get you back for that," she tells me, "No you won't Angel," I reply not realising what I just said. "Did you just call me Angel?" She asks blushing, "I must have, sorry about that," I reply, worrying that I'd offended her, "No don't be sorry it's fine," she replies rather calmly, "Let's get back to swimming before Leon gets here," I laugh trying to change the subject.
About 30 minutes later Leon gets to the river seeing neither of us because we had an idea to hide in the trees and scare him, "Guys there are about three guys with guns near camp, I managed to hide everything before they got there but they're on their way to the river now. I brought us a bow and I got you a knife Anthony, if you want it," we jump out, grab the knives and bows and hide in the bushes waiting. The men get here and we all shoot out arrows at the guns and hit the guns perfectly, and come out of the bushes and threaten the soldiers. They turn around and have a smirk on their face I loose the arrow and it cuts his face, "You missed," he laughs, "No I didn't I hit my mark," I sneer, he laughs again and I loose a second arrow this time hitting one of his buddy's in the shoulder and the man screams in pain. "Now do you believe me?" I ask angrily, "You just wasted an arrow I believed you the first time," he sneers I go to lose another arrow but Angela stops me and says, "He's not worth the arrow," I place the arrow on the floor and throw the knife I had at him.
