"Yugi Muto, I accept your challenge!"
Suddenly the Millennium Puzzle began to glow and The Hooded Duelist could feel the other person entering Yugi's body.
When the glow died down, she was looking into the other Yugi's confident eyes.
Ba-Bump
Ba-Bump
She placed a hand over her chest to calm her heart as she pulled down her hood to cover her blushing face. Now that she was closer, she could see that all she thought about him before was right. His height, his eyes, the way he composes himself, to her Yugi was sweet and cute but this person in front of her was so handsome!
"Before we begin..." He said "Would you be willing to let my friends come and view the duel?"
She turned towards the direction Yugi came from and peeked from under her hood. She saw his friends hiding behind the tall bushes. The blonde looked like he couldn't contain his excitement and was being held back by the other two, who she saw were doing a better job of containing theirs.
She bit her lip, she still wasn't ready to face them the way she wanted to but they did go through the trouble of finding her and they were good people and fans of hers, so...
"T-They can come f-forward once we're o-on the p-platform." She softly replied.
'Yugi' smiled and nodded his thanks.
Both duelists board the platform and began shuffling their duets.
"Call them over."
The Hooded Duelist looked up from her duet, surprised "Huh?"
"We are both on the platform now, so the others are allowed to make their way here, right?" 'Yugi' asked
"W-Well yes, b-but I-I thought-"
"I've noticed you are extremely shy around others. So it's hard for you to communicate with people."
The Hooded girl sadly looked away from him.
'Yugi' simply smiled at her. Ever since he's met her, this wave of nostalgia came over him and he didn't know why. He found her shyness quite endearing but also wanted to help her overcome it.
"You don't have to use words to bring them here. Simply use a hand gesture."
She looked at him before turning to his friends. She kept her face hidden as she raised her hand and made a 'come here' gesture.
The others were surprised at this.
"Is she asking us to come over?" Tea wondered.
"I think so and it looks like she and Yugi are about to duel." Tristan said.
"Then what are we waiting here for?!!" Joey exclaimed, breaking free from their hold and ran to the duel "Let's go!! Ain't no way I'm missing this for the world!!!!"
Tea and Tristan quickly went after him.
"Slow down, Joey! You're going to frighten her!!" Tea yelled
"I'd be scared too if some crazy fan was running towards me!" Tristan commented.
The Hooded Duelist jumped when Joey stopped on her side "My name's Joey Wheeler and I'm a mega fan of yours!!! I've seen all your duels since the every beginning! Can I have your autograph, a picture with you, shake your hand, or how about-"
"Joey!!" Tea and Tristan tackled the blonde to the ground and held him down.
He struggled against them "What's the big idea?!"
