Chapter 14-The Rescue!

Skylar'sP.O.V

Darkness. That's all I've seen for the past week. I've barely eaten and the only thing I've drank is water. Geo has done horrible things to me in the week that every time I close my eyes visions of him doing those things comes back.

I know that Matthew is coming, that is the only thing that keeps what little hope I have alive. I hope he comes soon though. I don't know how much more I can take. Between Geo raping and Amanda beating me, its too much.

Barely eating, drinking, and bleeding out till I pass out.

Matthew's P.O.V

"Matt, we have a lead on where Sky is!" It has been about two weeks since Sky has been gone and I haven't stopped searching for her. I'm so worried about her. She has Geo and Amanda that probably beat and rape her. Just thinking about it makes my heart ache. Hopefully, she's okay.

Its all my fault and everybody knows it even though they keep denying it. I shouldn't have let her go alone. Especially after I just got her back. Hayes, Nash, and I stopped eating, sleeping, and going to school until we find Skylar. Skylynn hasn't stopped crying. Will is the only one who is staying strong.

"Matt we found where Skylar is!" Nash yelled. I ran over to him and looked at the computer. She is at a cabin in the woods. The idiots didn't turn off the tracking device on her phone.

I ran outside, got in my car and started driving to the cabin. I know exactly where it is. I hope Sky's okay. I pulled up to the cabin shortly and was glad to see that there were no cars. I ran out of my car and up to the door. The idiots forgot to lock the door so I opened it and ran in looking around frantically. The room was dark. Blood all over the floor. The place smelled and was a total mess. I went to the back room and found a body huddled in the corner of the room. I ran to 'it', and picked 'it' up. I prayed it wasn't Skylar, but when I rolled the body over in my arms, all the hope left.

Laying there almost completely lifeless lay Skylar. I held her closer and ran to my car. Still no one was here. I lay her in the back and drove to the hospital. Once I pulled up, I bolted out of the car with Sky in my arms and scurried to the front desk.

"I need help! My girlfriend was raped and beaten badly! Please help me?!" The lady looked at me and her eyes went wide. She called paramedics to the front. They took her out of my arms and I broke. "No!" I yelled. I tried going back with them, but the nurse from the front stopped me.

"Sir, I'm sorry, but you can't go back there." I walked to the waiting room and called the guys.

"Matt! Did you find h-"

"Get to the hospital quick." I hung up and curled up into a ball and cried.

Nash's P.O.V

"Hayes we need to go to the hospital." I yelled to him. Will ran down the stairs and ran to me.

"They found Skylar?" He rushed. I just nodded. "I'm coming with you to the hospital." I nodded again and walked out the car with Hayes and Will. We arrived at the hospital rather quickly. We rushed inside and I spotted Matt crawled up in a ball on a chair in the waiting room. I slowly approached him and sat next to him. He looked like he was asleep.

Matt's P.O.V

"Skylar Grier?" I jolted awake and looked at the nurse. I looked around and saw the guys sitting in a chair. Nash, Will, Hayes, and I stood up. The nurse looked at us and motioned us to follow her. She led us to the hallway. "Would any of you happen to know what happened to Mrs. Grier?" She asked suspiciously. I walked closer to her.

"Her ex-boyfriend and ex best friend kidnapped her and held her captive for about two weeks. They have been beating her and Geo probably raped her. Is Skylar okay?" I asked.

"She was pretty lucky. She almost died. She's in bad condition, but she will live. She's awake now. You may see her if you may like." We nodded and she led us to her room. I walked in first and rushed to the side of her bedside. I grabbed her hand and she turned to look at me.

"Matthew!" She cried and hugged me. I hugged back, lightly. Rubbing her back ever so gently I whispered.

"Shh it's okay. I'm here now baby. Don't worry they won't come near you ever again." Once I let go, Will ran and hugged her.

"Sky." He finally broke after so long. He was crying on Skylar. "I am so sorry I couldn't protect you. I have missed you so much." He sobbed. Sky rubbed his back and cried on him too. He soon let go only to be replaced by Hayes.

"Skylar. Are you okay? We have all been looking for you. Matt and Nash stopped eating, sleeping and going to school. They wouldn't stop looking for you. I- thought you were gone." Hayes sobbed. When he was done, Skylar looked at Nash and I glaring.

"Don't ever stop eating and sleeping just because I was missing. Do you really think I want you to do that?! I knew you were going to find me. Thank you..." She whispered softly as a tear rolled down her cheek. I quickly wiped it away. I kissed both her cheeks, then her lips.

"I'm sorry it took so long. I wanted to die every day I didn't have you in my arms." I hugged and kissed her.
