"ain't never felt this way
can't get enough so stay with me"

"Ugh what was it in those drinks?!" grumbled Matthías.

"Sergey said that it was some Russian specialty" whined Michelle.

"Well I'm never touching that again"

"Mhm same here"

"Should we just continue sleeping for a while?" suggested Matthías.

"Definitely" said Michelle and cuddled up closer to him.

Michelle awoke to the delicious smell of bacon. She begrudgingly struggled out of bed and walked into the kitchen to find the source of the heavenly sizzling sound. She was met by a newly wake Matthías who sure enough was frying eggs and bacon on the stove.

"Oh, good morning love. Just sit down at the table and I'll soon be there. There's a painkiller next to your coffee, I suggest you take it immediately"

"You made me breakfast?" Michelle asked in awe.

"Yeah, or at this point it probably counts as brunch. I thought we'd make the most of our last day so why not start it with a superb breakfast/brunch/lunch?"

"I absolutely adore you" she exclaimed, awestruck.

"Believe me, the feeling is completely mutual" he said and put down the plates on the table before taking a seat opposite of Michelle.

"There you go, dig in before it gets cold"

Michelle took a bite and was instantly impressed by the astonishing food.

"This is amazing! Is there anything you can't do?!"

"I can't imagine my life without you" he said making a slight blush creep up her cheeks.

"You're such a cheeseball Matti" she giggled.

"Only for you" he said and took another bite of his food.

"So what do you want to do today?"

"I'm not sure, I would do anything as long as I get to spend time with you. It's up to you really"

"I would honestly just want to have a day-in and watch movies with you" Michelle confessed.

"Then that's what we're doing" he said and smiled at her.

"Ferris Bueller's Day Off or The Breakfast Club?" Matthías asked her.

"Definitely Ferris Bueller!" she exclaimed.

"Good choice" he stated and pressed play on the remote.

"So what are we watching after? Your choice this time" Michelle asked curiously.

"Since we're on this 80s theme and it's getting quite late and dark outside, I thought we'd watch...The Shining!" he said in a dramatic voice.

"OoOo I love that! It's been ages since I saw it last!"

"Me too, I thought we'd might as well see it together now"

"We should probably focus on this first though, y'know "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it" and all that"

Matthías smiled in response and pulled her closer on the couch. They were practically spooning under the fluffy blanket, Matthías being the big spoon of course.

After finishing the movie they went to the kitchen to make some popcorns before putting on the next movie. Michelle laid down on the couch with the bowl in her lap and her legs over Matthías.

"So are you ready?" he asked in a scary voice.

"I was born ready!"

"And you call me cheesy" he mumbled jokingly before pressing play.

As the movie progressed they both became more scared and by the end Michelle was sitting in Matthías lap.

"God, I'd forgot how good this ending was" she muttered in disbelief as the credits rolled.

"One of Stanley Kubrick's finest" he said in agreement.

They sat there in a comfortable silence, just looking at each other while enjoying the feeling of pure bliss and contentment. Michelle looked at him lovingly and smiled slightly.

"I love you" she said affectionately. He looked at her with a look in his eyes that she didn't recognize. Her heart began pounding at the lack of an answer, had she said it too early? Didn't he feel the same way? Maybe she should just pretend like it was a joke?

"Mich-

"I'm sorry I shouldn't have said that!" she started rambling. "You don't have to say it back I just wanted to tell you how I feel but now I see that-

He cut her off with a sweet kiss on the lips and smiled at her.

"I love you more" he said and started peppering kisses all over her face making her giggle.

"Now that is impossible, I love you at least ten times more"

"I love you three-thousand" he said and hugged her tight.

sorry for a delay in updates! i've been struggling a bit with my mental health and had to take some time off but updates will come more regularly from now on :)

i can't believe that there's only 5 chapters left! after that i will quickly edit this story before i start posting real chapters to my other fanfic which i'm really excited about!!! (anyone got my queen reference?) have a great day/night and remember to stay hydrated!  <3
