Chapter 10: Lakehouse Pt.2

-Paul

"Oh my God, yeah I totally got the same email." I laughed as Sara showed me a picture of her and I on a bed naked, but it wasn't really our body.

"Crazy fans." I smiled, and closed her phone.

"Let's go take a walk, I want to show you something." I offered my hand and she took it.

"I need a coat, Paul!" I searched one of my hot coats. "Thanks."

"Close your eyes, I'll help you walk." I used her scarf to cover up her eyes. I gently placed my arms around her as I started walking towards the steamy lake. "Open." I took off her scarf and held it.

"Woww! This view is amazing, I'm in love with this place." Sara snuggled up into my arms and looked around. I turned her so she could be facing me.

"Sara, I really find you beautiful tonight, and every other days too. I hope this won't be our last date, because I like you a lot, I could even say I'm falling for you every single day that passes. And yes, I know that I don't know you a lot, but I can't help myself. So, I know this will sound cheesy, but right now, I'm holding my breath while I'm saying this to you because, all I really want to do now is kiss you, right here, right now."

"Then do it." Was all she said, I cupped her face and gently kissed her, it wasn't the first time but this kiss was real. I felt a strong feeling with her. "I like you a lot, and I could say the same thing, I'm falling harder for you every single day." She finishes, and then kissed me back.

"Are we official, now?" I asked hoping I didn't go to fast.

"Hope so, and I know some people who will be very happy." Sara smiled and hugged me, I hugged her back and kissed her temple.

"I could stay like this forever, being here with you, in my arms, looking at the beautiful steamy lake." Sara faced me and replied, "me too, this is a perfect date, and thank you for this night."

We slowly walked back inside and got change into some comfortable clothes, Sara was in leggings with some Ugg boots and one of my T-Shirt. I was wearing nothing but a pair of jogging and some boxers. We were sitting beside the fireplace playing checkers.

"I win." I looked at the board then at her, how could she?

"Wow, I'm unbeatable at this game! How could you win?" I asked amazed, while she just lauughed.

"Please, unbeatable don't you think it's a big word? I used to play with my father all the time."

I looked at her and smiled, and I wanted to ask her something but I couldn't bring this into a sad moment.

-Sara

He looked at me like he wanted to ask me something, I moved over to him and leaned on him.

"What? Ask the question, you've been wanting to ask." I looked at his face and waited for his answer.

"I can't, it's not the right moment."

"Paul, everytime you are here it's the right moment. So, tell me." I kissed his cheek and smiled.

"Your father, what happened?" 

 "I was 15, when my father passed away. I was out with my friends and my dad was alone at home, I saw him there on the ground, not moving. I called for help and my mother arrived a couple of minutes later. The doctors checked him and he died of a heart attack. It was the first time he got one, so my mother was confused. I stopped doing what I was doing, my modeling, my short movies, and then I." I stopped and looked away because I felt tears coming out of my eyes.

"Hey, hey. It's okay, you don't have to continue." Paul hugged me while we were still on the floor, and kissed the top of my head. I looked at him and brushed away my tears.

"No, you need to know more about me. It's just a phase, Paul. So, like I was saying I stopped everything until, I went in my room and saw a box on my desk, I read the paper and started bawling my eyes out. It says; Babygirl, if you're reading this it's because I'm gone, but I'm still watching you. I know how you must be feeling, and I know you must of let everything go, started giving attitude to your mother, but baby, don't. I'm still here with you. I'm going to be here when you get your first kiss, your first award and I will be seeing my little kids, you are in my heart as well of your mother. I want you to live your life, for me, and especially with me. Don't stop what you are doing, you are a talented girl, my girl. I love you Sierra, or if you prefer Sara."

"Wow, you remember everything."

"i remember reading the letter like it was yesterday. But, here that's what happened to my father and I know I'm crying right now, but at this point I really don't care."

"Come here, baby." I leaned into Paul and he rocked our bodies, back and forth. 

"Can we go to bed?" I asked not really knowing what he would answer.

"Yes, I'll be right back, you can get yourself ready." I stood up and walked to his room, I needed protective arms around me tonight, and crawled up into his warm silk sheets. I smiled, and found some small amount of energy. I saw him enter with two water bottles and some Twizzlers, with a movie in his hand.

"I was about to tell you, that we could watch a movie. I see you can read my mind." I smiled and went to the bathroom. I brushed my hair, and brushed my teeth then took of my leggings and I was now only in Paul's Ramones T-Shirt.

"Edward Scissorhands! I love that movie so much, it makes me kind of happy. I like the story line." I said, then ran and jumped on the bed. I kissed Paul and crawled under the sheets. I felt his arms going slowly around me and I placed my hand and head on his chest. I fell asleep right after the movie in his muscular arms.
