Midoriya woke up with his body burning. This is what happened to Omegas after their mated. They get heat symptoms. But when their heat does come, it's heaven or hell, depends how you handle it. If it's hell, suppressants can't even help you.
He remembered last night and heard
"Love you Bunny"
     Echoing in his head.
      He saw Todoroki wasn't their so he quietly got out of bed, or at least tried. As soon as he moved to get up, sharp pains shot through his ass. He yelped in pain and accidentally woke Bakugou. He squinted as he laid back down and apologized for waking him.
       Bakugou looked at him in concern. "Are you ok?" He asked. "Yeah, Kacchan. I yelled because I'm fine" Midoriya retorted sarcastically, which was a huge shocker. "Jeez, What's got your panties in a bunch" Bakugou asked, surprised by the new attitude. Midoriya felt his head and he was burning. He sighed, "I don't know if this is suppose to happen, but I'm just not feeling too good" Midoriya said.
      Yes, an omega does get heat symptoms after mating, but Midoriya felt actually sick. Bakugou put his hand to Midoriya's forehead. "Yeah, you're hot" Bakugou finished his sentence and added a wink at the end. Midoriya blushed a bit and just felt his head start to hurt. He went to get up to get medicine but again was stopped by pain. He sat back down and Bakugou got up. "Where are you going?" Midoriya asked. "To get you medicine" Bakugou replied plainly.
So, Midoriya sat there, wondering what to do. He reached for his phone and saw the time was 7:00. Why the hell was he up so early. He went to text Uraraka but the door burst open. Midoriya jumped, causing him to drop his phone. He looked up at who is was and saw a worried Todoroki. Midoriya smiled, "Morning Shoucchan". Todoroki walked to him and put his hand on his head. Todoroki just looked at him, then finally said, "Good Morning bunny". Midoriya smiled once again, liking the cute name.
"I guess Kacchan told you I'm sick?" Midoriya asked based off Todoroki's reaction. Todoroki nodded and kissed his forehead. Bakugou walked back in with water and some pain killers. Midoriya reaches for them and took them. Todoroki looked at him still with a concerned face. Midoriya laughed a bit, "Shoucchan, I'm fine" he said. Todoroki didn't buy it. Midoriya whined "I wanna go back to bed". The boys nodded and let him lay down.
They laid with him until he fell asleep. Then, they went to get some breakfast. They walked down to see everyone with their new mates, which was surprising cause it's so damn early.
The couples down there were:
-Kirishima and Denki
-Uraraka and Tsuyu
-Iida and Yaoyorozu
-Jirou and Mina (Personally, I think this would be super cute)

The 2 boys went to the kitchen. "Should we make him breakfast?" Bakugou asked, taking a bite of his waffle. Todoroki shook his head, "Not now". Bakugou looked confused and Todoroki explained, "If we make it now, when he wakes up, it's gonna be cold. And we're not gonna warm it up again because it's never as good that way". Bakugou just shrugged at the explanation.
"Ya know, I always thought you hated me" Todoroki said, honestly. Bakugou nodded, "That's because I did" he replied, honestly. Todoroki nodded and said, "To be fair I did not like you either". "But hey, you didn't turn out to be terrible". Bakugou nodded and thought if his Deku was ok.
Bakugou would never, ever, admit that he had a soft spot for his boyfriends. Not over his dead body would he say he had a weak point. But, no matter if he believed it or not, he did.
Kirishima and Denki walked in and said good morning. "I really don't wanna go to class" Kirishima said. Everyone groaned, "I forgot we had class today" Bakugou said. "Lida just left to get to class early, as usual." Kirishima said. "Well then we have to wake up Deku" Bakugou looked at Todoroki. Todoroki shook his head, "I don't wanna do it". Bakugou groaned once again and went upstairs to Midoriya's room, Todoroki staying.
      Bakugou walked into the room quietly. He sat next to the sleeping boy and shook him. Midoriya remained asleep to Bakugou shook him harder and called his name. He still didn't wake up. Bakugou knew he would regret it but he yelled at the boy, still shaking him. Midoriya shot up quickly and looked at Bakugou wide eyed. Bakugou chuckled, "Morning, again". Midoriya just side-eyed him, "Why'd you wake me up, it better be good". "We have school" Bakugou stayed and Midoriya groaned. He got up and shoo'd Bakugou out of the room so he could change. Bakugou went back to the kitchen to see Todoroki already in uniform.
      "What the hell, how do you change so damn fast" Bakugou asked. Todoroki shrugged and said, "You go change". Bakugou stood and said, "I'll change when I wanna". Todoroki laughed and said, "You're a child". Bakugou scoffed and went to change, leaving Todoroki laughing.

      Time had past and Todoroki and Bakugou were looking for Midoriya in school. Midoriya wasn't in his room when Bakugou went back so they assumed he was early to class. When they got there, Midoriya wasn't sitting at his desk. So, Todoroki and Bakugou looked for him.
    The boys ran into the school nurse. Todoroki asked, "Do you know where Midoriya is.". She nodded, "You just missed him. I ran into him on his way to class and he didn't look well at all". This caused Todoroki and Bakugou to be concerned. "I remembered he was an omega and yesterday was the day you all found your mates. An omega needs time to... recover, I guess, from the severe heat after mating. Plus, he looked ill so I sent him back to his dorm." She continued. The boys nodded, knowing where he was now. They wanted to go check on him but the bell rung. They got to class quickly, trying to avoid getting scolded by Aizawa.
      They walked in and, luckily, Aizawa hasn't rolled in yet. They sat down int there seats and looked at the empty desk. Aizawa crawled into class with his yellows sleeping bag. He sat on his chair and looked around the class. His eyes stopped at Midoriya's empty seat. He looked confused but shook it off. Aizawa started the lesson and, immediately, Todoroki and Bakugou were hit with a wave of discomfort and heat. They both knew Midoriya's heat had started and he was sick. The boys looked at each other and focused back on the teacher.

The day seemed to be everlasting. Lunch just ended and Todoroki and Bakugou were going to the next class, looking and feeling miserable. Bakugou was on the edge of snapping while Todoroki looked as if he had just crawled out of hell, and the day was only halfway over. Bakugou felt a hand on his shoulder and he turned to see who it was.
For whatever reason, Toga and Dabi were behind him. "What the hell do you want" Bakugou asked. "Where's Izuku?" Toga asked, smiling her usual smile. "What's it to you?" Bakugou asked. "He's our friend so calm yourself. You can't hog him because he's your mate" Toga snapped back. "Calm yourself? Watch it bi-" Bakugou was cut off by Todoroki putting his hand on his shoulder. Bakugou just looked at him and glared back at Toga.
"Midoriya's sick" Todoroki stated in a monotone voice. Toga nodded as well as Dabi and they left. Bakugou also left to go to the bathroom and Todoroki went to class.

        The day finally was coming to an end. However, Todoroki was worried, Bakugou hadn't come back from the bathroom. Todoroki went to the bathroom, he wasn't there. He checked the rest of the school and Bakugou was nowhere to be found. Todoroki went to Midoriya's room and found Bakugou there. Midoriya was sleeping on his chest while Bakugou watched TV. Todoroki sighed, "So when you said you were going to the bathroom..". Bakugo nodded, "I came here instead". "Sneaky bastard" Todoroki said and Bakugou stuck his tongue out at him.
           Todoroki sighed and sat down, "How's he feeling?".
"When I got here he was whining and sweating and he looked like he was gonna barf. I gave him an ice pack to put on his head and some pain killers. Not too long ago he feel asleep" Bakugou summed up.
            Midoriya began to twist and turn in his sleep, stirring awake. Todoroki said, "Has he eaten anything today?". Bakugou shook his head, "I'll go get him something". Bakugou got up and Todoroki swiftly moved next to Midoriya. Midoriya eventually began to stir awake because of the movement.
       Midoriya rubbed his eyes and yawned. Todoroki kissed his head and Midoriya looked up at him. Midoriya smiled but it was turned to confusion, "Wait wasn't Kacchan here a second ago?". Todoroki nodded, "Yes but he went to get you food". Midoriya nodded and yawned. Midoriya laid his head back down and began to fall asleep when Bakugou walked in.
       "That was fast" Todoroki said. Midoriya sat up and smiled, "Hi Kacchan". Bakugou half-smiled and put the cereal-filled bowl on the night stand.
      "Thank you" Midoriya said. Bakugou ruffled his hair and sat on the bed. Midoriya grabbed the bowl and asked, "How was school" before he ate a mouthful of cereal.
     Bakugou sighed, "Long as hell, and Shitty hair and Dunce face making goo goo eyes didn't help".
     "I'm glad they're mates, they're really cute together" Midoriya said putting his bowl back down.
      "How are you feeling, Bunny" Todoroki asked.
Midoriya nodded "Not terrible-" As soon as the words left his lips Midoriya felt a blinding pain in his stomach. He clutched his stomach and ran to the bathroom.
