I froze. He’s asking me now… Am I going to tell the truth? Lie! I don’t want to lie. I lied many times to him now. If he does not like me back, then I’m going to accept it right? I don’t know! “I… Uh… I… I… I like…” you. I like you! “I like… I like y… I” “I like… Y… I like you!” I covered my face with my hands after I said “it”. I looked at Darren’s shocked face. See! He doesn’t like me back! Run! I’m going to run! I then ran.
Darren’s P.O.V.
“I… Uh… I… I… I like…” I waited for Joice to say whom she likes “I like… I like y… I” “I like… Y… I like you!” Joice covered her face. I like you! I like you! It only sank in when Joice ran. “I like you too” I ran after her. There she is! Joice is covering her face with her arms. I walked closer to her. She’s crying? I made her cry. I hugged her “Joice, don’t worry”
Joice’s P.O.V.
I covered my face with my arms then cried. Someone hugged me then said “Joice, don’t worry” Darren! I stopped crying, wiped my tears then looked up. “Don’t worry… I like you too” Darren smiled.
