Chapter 4

It was Friday night now and I was getting ready for my date/hang out thing with Aiden. I put on the clothes I bought when Marissa and I went shopping. Plus, a red and white striped top. I brushed my hair, and put on my makeup. When I was done Aiden pulled into our driveway. "Mom, I'm going! Bye!" I called from the front door.

"Bye, Sweetie," Mom called back. I closed the door behind me. Aiden was leaning against the side of the car.

"Hey," I said walking up to him.

"Hey," he said holding open the passenger side door. I smiled and got in. "You look really good, Jones."

"Why don't you just call me Vicky like everyone else?" I asked as Aiden got in the drives side and started the car.

"Cause I don't want to," he said simply.

"Your weird," I laughed.

"Thank you," Aiden said laughing. We talked the whole way to his house. Aiden's house was so big, you could call it a mansion. More like a castle. We pulled into the driveway where I saw a familiar looking car in his driveway.

"Who's car is that?" I pointed to it.

"That's my sister's boyfriend's car," he said slightly annoyed. I smiled a bit at his annoyance. 'Why does that car look so familiar?' I thought to myself. I put that thought out of my head as Aiden opened the passenger side door and helped me out.

"Thanks," I said smiling wider.

"No problem," he said with a smile of his own. I walked into his house and gasped. It was beautiful. With stone walls and red accents. It had a medieval theme going. We walked into the living room to find a girl with black hair making out with a guy with shaggy blond hair. The blond hair was all too familiar, but where had I seen it. Aiden cleared his throat and the two broke apart. My eyes locked on the blond guy. I gasped. It was.... Blake. My shock instantly turned to rage. Blake just pretended to look confused, but I could see the light smirk on his face.

"What is it?" Aiden asked concerned.

"Nothing," I said looking at the floor.

"Alright," I could tell he wasn't convinced. "Anyway, this is my little sister, Zebbie, and her boyfriend, Blake. Guys, this is Vicky."

"Hi," I said looking at Zebbie. She was very pretty with her goth/emo/punk look.

"Hey," she said. Blake said hello, but I ignored him. "Well I'm going to get something to drink," Zebbie said getting up.

"I'll go with you," said Blake also getting up. Aiden nodded. With that they left the room.

"Aiden, I have to tell you something," I said. I was planning on avoiding telling him about Blake, but I didn't want Zebbie to go through what I did.

"What is it?" he said looking into my eyes still concerned. Aiden lead me to the couch to sit down. I took a shallow breath.

"Well, I used to go out with Blake," I started looking down. This was way harder than I thought it was going to be. "And one day we went to the park. He said he wanted to talk to me, so we just stayed in the car. Then he raped me, through me on the street, and drove away." He didn't say anything for a few minutes so I looked up. Aiden looked like he was going to kill someone, and I think I know who that someone is. He got up and started walking away. I didn't know what he was going to do, so I followed him. We walked until we reached a door and went in. It was a kitchen. I saw Zebbie and Blake kissing again. I looked at Aiden who looked outraged. If that was possible.

"Get you filthy hands off her," he said. Blake turned around. Zebbie looked mad.

"What the hell is wrong with you, Aiden?" she asked.
