Chapter 4

-The next day-

"Ben I really dont think thats a good idea." Mal said as she looked across the desk at Ben. "I mean theres so many other things you can do as King, why do you wanna do this?" She questioned.

"Because theres plenty of things that need to he fixed." Ben responded as he looked at Mal. "Why does this bother you?" He questioned.

"Uh because I wont have anywhere to sleep." Mal responded. "It'll take months for everything to get rebuilt and fixed." She said.

"Mal remember, we are giving everyone in Auradon their own place until everything is up and running." He said. "This place is old, it needs to be redone." He told her.

"Ugh fine, where am I even living?" She questioned.

"I'd hope at my place." The King responded.

"Oh um, sure that'd uh be great." Mal said as she looked at him.

"You okay?" Ben questioned. "Are you not comfortable with staying with me?" He asked.

"No I want too." Mal said as she looked at him still looking unsure.

"Mal I can tell you don't want too." Ben said. "If you dont wanna move in with me just say it." He told her.

"Look, I love you but fine I dont want too just yet." Mal stated.

"Okay, can you at least tell me why?" Ben questioned as he looked at her.

"I feel like everything is going by so quickly." Mal said. "Like just two days ago it was Cotillion, hell it feels like I just got here with Carlos, Jay, and Evie." She told him. "Then ontop of that I feel like we are moving quickly and I'm having trouble taking it all in." She said as she looked deep into his eyes while trying not to panic.

"Okay Mal breathe." Ben told her as he could see she was starting to panic. "You don't have to move in with me, Evie did make a request last night to have her own place so if you want you can go with her." He said.

"Yeah thats probably best." Mal said as she calmed down. "But how are you separating everyone?" She questioned.

"Well some of the kids here are being grouped together and others get their own place." He informed her.

"Oh okay." Mal said. "Uh anyways I'm gonna get going, I love you and I'll see you later okay babe?" She said as she looked at him.

"Alright babe, I love you." Ben said with a smile.

"I love you too." Mal said with a smile back before turning around and leaving.

As Mal left Bens office she made her way to the stairs, as she made it to the stairs she spotted Audrey.

"Great, you're back." Mal said.

"Yeah I'm back." Audrey replied. "I can't believe you're still here." She said. "I heard Ben cheated on you with Ursula's daughter." She stated.

"Yeah well it didn't work out." Mal said. "Because unlike when he was with you, Ben actually loves me." She said to Audrey. "To be honest I can't believe he dated someone like you." She said as she looked right at Audrey.

"You're a downgrade from me." Audrey stated. "I'm a princess, you're a villain." She said. "That's what you will always be, a villain." She stated as she looked at Mal. "You have no good in your heart, all you have is a bad heart and sooner or later Ben will realize that." She said.

"Yeah well guess what?" Mal said. "Its good to be bad, and even if Ben and I break up which isn't gonna happen, he would never go back to you." She stated.

Audrey just smiled then laughed as she walked past Mal. "Just watch your back bitch." She stated before turning the corner and walking down the hallway.

Mal rolled her eyes then headed down the stairs. As she made her way down the stairs she spotted Jay and Carlos wrestling on the ground. She then clapped her hands a few times.

"Boys cut it out!" Mal stated as she kept clapping trying to get thier attention.

Jay and Carlos then suddenly stopped as they looked at Mal. The two boys then slowly got up and dusted themselves off.

"Hey Mal." Carlos said looking at her.

"Sup Mal?" Jay questioned.

"You two are idiots." Mal stated looking at them.

"Yeah but we are cute idiots." Carlos said with a smile.

"Meh, to an extent." Mal responded as she got off the stairs. "Anyways what were you two fighting over this time?" She questioned.

"Nothing." Jay said.

"So you two were fighting for no reason?" Mal asked.

"Pretty much yeah." Carlos responded.

Mal then face palmed. "You two are such morons." She said as she lifted her head. "Why am I friends with you two again?" She questioned.

"Because you love us." Jay said with a stupid smile.

"No, I love Ben, I like Carlos and I tolerate you." She said with a smirk.

"Hey!" Jay said as he looked at her.

"I'm kidding calm down." Mal said as she walked up to them.

"Oh ha ha." Jay said as he looked at her.

"Anyways, did you guys hear the news?" Mal questioned.

"What news?" Carlos asked.

As Mal heard that she had an idea to mess with them. "Well um Ben wanted me to tell people with him but I guess since you two are my best friends I'll tell you." She said as she started to look nervous.

"Okay what is it?" Jay asked as he looked at Mal concerned.

"I'm uh pregnant." She said softly waiting for the boys to respond.

"WHAT?!" Carlos exclaimed. "YOU'RE PREGNANT!?" He said sounding completely shocked.

"Shut up!" Mal said as she looked at him.

"Oh uh I gotta go." Jay said as he quickly ran off.

"What was that about?" Mal questioned looking at Carlos.

"I have no clue." Carlos responded. "But you're pregnant?" He asked quietly.

"No." Mal said. "But don't tell Jay that, I wanna mess with him." She said with an evil smirk.

"Why?" The young boy questioned.

"Cause it's fun." Mal said. "I told you cause I know you will tell Jane." She said. "Anyways Carlos, I gotta go." She said to him before walking off and outside.

Meanwhile Evie was in her dorm drawing up designs for dresses. As she did she heard her phone buzz a couple of times, she checked it and saw it was Doug so she ignored it.

She continued to work on the drawing ignoring every buzz from her phone, as she finished up the design she looked at it and smiled as she was proud of it. She then placed the pencil down and got up and went to her bed to lay down. As she laid down she slowly began to close her eyes as she drifted off to sleep.

"I love you Mal." Evie said as she looked into Mals eyes.

"I love you too Evie." Mal responded with a big smile as she went into kiss Evie.

Just as thier lips were about to crash together Evie quickly woke up with her eyes widened. She then sat up taking in the short dream she just had.

"What the fuck?" Evie questioned.
