Chapter 14

Mal slowly woke up in the morning as she opened her eyes slowly, as she did she sat up and yawned and began to stretch. She looked around then got out of bed and went to her broken mirror.

She looked at herself in the mirror and brushed some hair out of her face, she then sighed as she looked at herself.

"Am I a fuckup?" She asked herself. "Am I truly a mistake?" She questioned. "A one night stand made me, I wasn't even truly wanted." She said with a sigh as a tear rolled down her cheek.

"You are wanted." A voice said softly behind her. "You've always been wanted." The voice said softly.

Mal looked in the mirror and saw Evie as she turned around. "E...I'm sorry for not telling you about the slut thing, I don't think your truly a slut and I never did." She said as she walked up to her best friend. "That was a complete mistake and a fuck up on my part, I understand if you'll never forgive me for it." She said softly.

Evie looked at Mal and hugged her. "If theres anyone that should be sorry its me, I crossed a line especially when I brought up your father." She said. "And look...if you wanna slap me for that you can I honestly deserve it." She told her. "No words will ever express how sorry I am M." She said softly.

Mal hugged Evie back. "I'm not gonna slap you, what you said really fucking hurt but slapping you wont help." She said. "I love you E." She told her.

"I love you too M." Evie responded. "That's never changing." She said. "But if I could take what I said to you back I would in a heartbeat." She told her.

"Look its whatever dont worry." Mal said. "But can we talk tonight? Theres something I wanna talk to you about and I'd rather it be when we are alone, not when Jay and Carlos are outside my door." She said.

"Alright M, we can talk tonight is everything alright?" She asked.

"Yeah, theres just something thats been on my mind." Mal said as she broke the hug.

"Okay M." Evie said as she looked at her. "I'm gonna let you get changed or whatever your gonna do." She said. "See ya later M, I'm gonna head out and go see Dizzy." She told her.

"Alright, tell her I say hi!" Mal said happily.

"I will!" Evie said with a smile before leaving her room.

Evie shut the door behind her and saw Jay and Carlos asleep on the couch, she smiled as they both looked cute to her before she went and left the hideout.

She immediately went to Lady Tremaines Curl and Dye and walked in and saw Dizzy cleaning.

"Heyyyy Dizzy!" She said happily.

Dizzy turned and looked and saw Evie and smiled. "Evie!!!" She said happily as she ran over and hugged Evie. "Are you back for good this time?" She asked with a smile looking up at Evie.

"I'm not sure." Evie said looking at Dizzy. "But I'm here now." She said with a smile. "Oh and Mal says hi!" She told her happily.

"Shes back too!" Dizzy said with a smile.

"Yes she is!" Evie said.

"Yay! I hope she comes by soon!" Dizzy said.

"I'll make sure she comes to see you, I promise!" Evie told her.

"Yay thank you!" Dizzy said. "Anyways how've you been?" She asked with a smile.

"I've been okay, my boyfriend in Auradon cheated on me plus I began to have a crush on someone." Evie said.

"Is it Mal?" Dizzy asked.

"Wait what?" Evie asked. "How'd you know?" She asked.

"Its obvious, the way you two act with eachother its obvious." Dizzy said.
