Everyone is wearing costumes. I saw superman, spiderman, bunch of heroes and villain and I even saw thanos, and cant help but to giggle. Who on earth tell her to wear that? And why did she even agree? She is the fattest of the group but good thing she is tall. She is all painted with pink.

"Wow, Too sexy ma'am" all my interns tease me whenever they walked passed by our table. I was wearing this modern harley quinn costume she wore in the movie suicide squad. Though i did not dyed my hair blonde I think i get her looks.

I was sitting at the staff table with Rosé sitting besides me. She is wearing a plain dress but still she looks completely elegant. I don't know why their team doesn't wear costume. Maybe its part of their plan.

The event started already and nobody focused on it that much. Everyone is having their own conversation within their table.

Some are still talking about how to execute their performance. Where to put the props etc. So basically nobody is paying attention.

"Hello, Good evening everyone! Let's give our special guest for tonight a warm welcome. I introduce to you judge number 1, Ms. Kim Jisoo. She is a former medical technologist intern here and currently our general practitioner." Dr. Legazpi, our head pathologist cheerfully announced the judge for our Christmas performance.
Now everyone is focused cause the real program is about to start

Interns gave her a huge applause. Whistle and someone even shouted "I love you doc". We just laugh it off. Well, It is our night. Our party. We should enjoy it. Tonight there are no staff/interns. We're here for fun.

Today is the day to showcase what we prepared. Judge number 1 stood up and wave. I can't see the judge faces cause they are facing their back at our table.

Im still not all ears. Random bubble keep popping in my head. I was thinking. What if we extract blood later wearing these suits? I bet patient would leave a smile on their faces. Too cute, but thankfully I am off tonight. Geez how would people in the lab would feel? We are all here having fun but they're up there working. Too bad but of course we cant closed the lab even just for a night. Sacrifice it is.

"Now I am also pleased to introduce to you our judge number 2, Kim jennie. She is also a former intern here and currently our ER doctor. I bet you've seen her often"

My ears became numb as I hear who the next judge is. It can't be. Of all people. Why her? I have this habit of being stunned whenever I see her. And we are performing. What if I make a mistake?

"Lisa, are you okay? You look pale" Rosé ask me.

"Uh, Yes" I immediately replied

"You sure? Don't tell me you're nervous? So this performance is a huge deal to you now?" she ask me with confusion in her eyes. She really looked worried.

"No. Its not that. I think I just need to poop" I act like my stomach is really upset and laugh a little. I need to divert her attention.

"oh? fudge Lisa, then go." she laugh at me too. Some interns eyeing us too.

I did not waste any seconds and leave the venue. I think I need to breath some fresh air. I know that I liked Dr. Kim since the first time I saw her but I ignored it. I don't want to grew more attachment towards her. She is beyond perfect and bonus, She is a doctor. What on earth do i have a chance? I don't even know her preferences. What if she is homophobe?

I always keep my feelings to myself cause i knew it will eventually fade. Just random crushes. All i have to do is limit my contact with them and it'll go away. But why the heck our path crosses every time? I hate it. I hate the fact that Im starting to fall for her. The fact that I can't act about it.

"Ma'am, You okay?" I was shocked by his sudden approach I turned around facing him "We're the last to perform maam. They are about to start. Come inside" he said smiling. He is one of my interns. I nod and follow him inside

"What took you so long Lisa? Is everything alright?" Rosé ask me while i sit beside her.

"Yeah, I just get myself fixed cause i don't want anyone here smells me like shit" I told her smiling but she don't buy that so i just gave her a reassuring smile
