*(Y/N)'s POV*

I stretched my arms above my head and sighed, still laying in bed with a pair of strong arms around me. I smiled and looked at Thomas who was still sleeping soundly, not being able to resist placing a kiss on his cheek. He mumbled something and turned so his face was in a pillow. I smiled and slipped from his arms and finding something to put on.

Rather than wearing my own clothes I, of course stole Thomas's t-shirt that fell to my mid thigh and slipped off one shoulder.

I may have worn his underwear too but that's beside the point.

I sat on the bed and tied my hair up out of my face when I felt two arms pull me back and lazy kisses being placed along my neck.

"Guess who?" The Virginian smirked against my skin.

"Thomas, I know it's you I can see you in the mirror." I giggled. My hands slipped into his and I turned to face him. We just stayed there smiling go a while before I whined.

"I'm hungry. Can we make breakfast?" Thomas chuckled in response.

"Course we can, Darlin'." I averted my eyes as he found a spare set of his underwear and sweatpants and pulled them on. He laughed at me. "You've seen it all before."

"I still have common human decency." I shot back.

We were the only two in the kitchen. Not even Thomas' annoying sisters were awake. It was peaceful.

"What to make," I mumbled, looking around the kitchen.

"Mac N-"

"No." Thomas pouted and crossed his arms, somewhat resembling a toddler, making me laugh.

Eventually, we settled on pancakes and set about making the batter. Of course, me being the child I am, couldn't resist throwing a small amount of flour at Thomas who stopped his intense mixing and stared deadpan and the wall. I sniggered and gasped as he flicked a spoon of the batter at me. I looked up at the taller boy who raised an eyebrow at me. We glanced to the side, our vision landing on the batter, eggs and flour.

"Oh it's on Jefferson." I smirked, picking up an egg.

Not long after, the kitchen was a mess. Thomas laughed as he grabbed me by the waist, making me squeal and kick my legs a little as he lifted me up and set me on the counter. He stood between my legs and I rested my hands on the back of his neck. We just stayed there, silently smiling like idiots again before I spoke up.

"Guess what."

"What?"

"You have pancake batter on your nose." I smiled. Thomas crossed his eyes to see and tried to lick it off. After watching him struggle for a few minutes, I decided to give him a hand, using my thumb to wipe it off. Before anything else could be said, Thomas' lips were on mine. I kissed back with no hesitation as I felt his hands slip up from my waist to my hair, pulling my scrunchie out and most likely throwing it somewhere across the room.

We only pulled away when we heard someone clearing their throat. We looked to see Nadia with her arms crossed, leaning on the doorway.

"I, uh, I'm gonna go an clean myself up a bit." Thomas said, redirecting his attention to me. I nodded.

"I'll finish breakfast and clean up this mess." I laughed, slipping off the counter and back onto the floor. Thomas didn't even say anything to his sister as he walked past. She watched him go before speaking to me.

"Don't think you're special." She stated bitterly.

"I don't." I scoffed.

"Sure you don't." She replied sarcastically. "Trust me he has sex with almost any girl he brings here. You're just another tally."

I walked closer to her, remembering something that John told me about the South. Specifically how to disguise a 'fuck you'.

"Let me out this in a way you'll understand," I leaned towards her and gave a very fake coo to my voice. "Bless your heart." Nadia glared after me as I walked up the stairs, forgetting about breakfast and just wanting to get away from her.

"I'm telling you James, this needs to be perfect," I heard Thomas on the phone. I stayed quiet so I could hear what her was talking about, "it has to be the best date she's been on."

I smiled to myself.

Then the door opened. Thomas rushed a goodbye to Madison and looked at me anxiously.

"What did you hear?"

"Nothing." I lied. He nodded and walked to the bathroom.

"Feel free to join me." He winked. I just threw a towel at him.

That evening, Thomas was nowhere to be seen. I was sat in my room doing some editing when I sighed and decided to bite the bullet by asking his sisters.

"Hey, uh. Where's Thomas?" I asked as soon as I walked into the living room.

"On the balcony." Came the reply from both of his older sisters while Klara just looked confused.

"I thought he asked for y-"

"Shush Klara." Nadia glared at her then gave me a sickly smile. I looked between the two and walked to the balcony. As soon as I opened the door my heart sank and shattered.

Thomas was there alright.

He was making out with Sally.

*Aaron's POV*

I was quietly in my room, studying for my law exam after Theo had left when my phone rang. Slightly confused, I glanced at the screen:

Lil' Sis 🖤

I smiled and answered the call, biting into an apple whilst I did so.

"Hey Sis, how's Monticello?" I said. There was no answer,. "(Y/N)? Hello?" Still nothing. Maybe she accidentally called me? I was ready to hang up when I heard her quietly say:

"I need you to come and get me."

I've never run to the car as quickly as I did.
