The front door was large and grand, made purely of a strong and darkly stained wood, and it creaked deeply as you turned the over sized knob and pushed it open with both hands. It was an open room plan, infront of you a huge staircase that lead up and around. You wanted to go up them but the open sliding doors to your left revealed the dinning room. You went left as told, part of you doing it because you didn't want to get in trouble, the other part because you were hungry.

You've all been sitting around this well set dinner table for what feels like an hour now. No one's been talking, just holding one of the filled wine glasses that was on the table or looking around at the old fashioned decor in the elegant dinning room. You can't really be sure if the drinks are alcohol or just a kind of party punch. If it was alcoholic, it was not very effective. If it was juice, it was pretty tasty.

It was starting to get really dark outside and you started to wonder if you should leave. There weren't any light switches that you could see in the room and all the candles weren't lit, so you all continued to sit in the dark until the large front door opened once more.

After yet another guest walked in awkwardly, as awkward as you've felt for the past hour, Anna follows in behind them with her now empty silver tray. The small girl disguards the tray gingerly on the wooden chair next to the stairs before turning towards the dinning room's opening and bowing politely to all the guests.

"I apologize for the wait, ladies and gentleman." she straightened up like a well-greased machine. "But I do hope you all enjoyed the drinks." Without another word, Anna reached into her concealed dress pocket. She pulled out a heavy metal key and turned it in her hand once before walking calmly to the grand front door and locking it shut with a CLANG!

Anna pivoted gracefully and started up the stairwell, slipping the key back into her pocket. "I'll fetch my Master now so you may all be acquainted finally. Your patience has been much appreciated. Thank you." she called to you all as she continued at an average pace up the stairs until she disappeared from your view. Anna was gone.
