~Unedited~

The next morning Draco woke up early and wasted no time in getting Harry up. Although the omega complained a lot at that. After getting dressed and dressing Harry , he carried the sick Male to the infirmary through a secret passage , avoiding the students. Harry whined hiding in Draco's arms , everything felt fuzzy and blurred together. He was running a high fever , his tanned skin was uncharacteristically pale except his cheeks and nose that were flushed. Draco frowned in worry as he reached the infirmary , his concern for the tiny omega in his arms churning in the pit of his stomach. The Nurse checked him over while Draco cracked his knuckles slowly one by one. A habit he had when he was nervous. Mrs Blackwood looked at them.  "Have you two recently had intercourse?" She asked. Harry went bright red and Draco nodded mutely. She did some weird spell on Harry's stomach making him giggle because of the tickling sensation. "Congratulations He's pregnant. Bring him here every 3 weeks for a check up , if at anytime you feel something is wrong don't hesitate to come see me." She announced , stunning the two into silence. Draco nodded slowly to her statement and thanked her before gently guiding Harry out of the infirmary. Harry looked up at him his green eyes as wide as dinner plates. "We're gonna be parents..." He whispered in a small voice. Still trying to process the information. "Seems so honey...we'll be okay though." Draco smiled reassuringly as he held Harry's hand. Harry smiled back sweetly. They let go each other's hands as they approached the dining hall. They settled down ignoring curious stares from students who were wondering why the two were late and why they came to breakfast together. Rose ignored the questions from the students , too busy caught up worrying about her uncles. Thankfully she had D.A.D.A next so she'd be able to corner her uncle about it , she was more likely to get an answer out of Harry than she was out of Draco. Her uncle Draco was very stubborn , especially when it came to secrets. But Harry cracked under the pressure easily. Harry was currently sat at the staff table nibbling on a piece of smoked salmon , he was unaware of his nieces plot to coheres the truth out of him , Draco kept glancing worriedly at Harry , the rest of the staff , himself included were half way threw their breakfast , while Harry was still only on his first piece of salmon , he'd only eaten about two full bites of it. Draco knew it was the morning sickness but the omega needed to eat. Harry caught the worried glances from Draco and took a slightly bigger bite of his salmon to try and reassure the alpha he was okay , however he regretted the decision as the queasiness set in almost instantly. Draco wished he could comfort his boyfriend but he couldn't. They somehow made it through the breakfast but then it was onto the lessons. Draco very reluctantly left Harry to his own devices and went to teach third years to brew a confusing concoction. Although brewing the potion was actually quite simple... Harry sighed already missing Draco. But unfortunately he couldn't do much about it as he had to teach first years. Rose stared at him trying to figure out what was going with him. Harry was good at hiding his emotions though , he'd had a lot of years to practice that. "Okay I graded your homework so first I'll hand out them. I have to say I was quite impressed , they were very interesting to read. Since I let you choose the creature , I noticed majority of you chose vampires , so today we'll do a lesson on vampires since many of you seem to have an interest in that subject." A muggle born student looked like he was ready to faint. "Vampires are really r-real? Are they going to drink my blood?" He asked , his eyes wide in fear , some of the other students laughed until Harry fixed them with a sharp glare. He could be very scary when he wanted to be. Harry sympathised with the boy. Having grown up with muggles and being told such creatures were merely a myth , finding out that they were real was quite a shock. "They are real , I can understand that is shocking but do not be afraid okay? They won't be able to hurt you. Most vampires have control over their thirst for blood , they are permitted to hunt animals and drink their blood to a certain extent and are regulated by the ministry. Now some vampires rebel against this. They are the ones you will have to defend yourself against. Does anyone have any idea on how you would effectively deter a vampire?" He asked. "Punch it in the face. Duh." A boy smirked leaning back casually in his chair. Harry just smiled. "Well I suppose you could punch a vampire , with sharp fangs and superhuman strength and regenerative healing...if your trying to die that is..." the boy flushed red and sunk back into his seat. "Anyone else?" Harry asked again. This time a girl with honey blonde hair and periwinkle blue eyes raised her hand. "They are extremely allergic to garlic and they can't go out in the Daytime." Harry smiled. "Very good. Now there is no pacific spell that can repel a vampire , however spells that create light or fire can be very effective. However it's best to avoid going to known Vampire hot spots in the night time. Unless you are trying to become a Vampires next meal." He smiled sweetly at the boy who'd suggested punching a vampire. The boy adverted his gaze as he went beet red with embarrassment. He muttered curse words under his breath. Harry chose to ignore him. He didn't see the point in yelling at students , it wouldn't accomplish anything. He preferred to deal with them in a calmer fashion. He knew the boy had only said what he said to try to get under his skin , so instead of giving the child what he wanted , he'd humour his answer instead. The boy had gotten embarrassed when his plan backfired on him. The lesson ended and break arrived , Harry was desperate to go to Draco but Rose has other ideas. During her observing of her god father and adoptive uncle , she had noticed that while he smiled and seemed perfectly okay , his smile was strained and there was a tiredness behind his eyes. "Uncle Harry? Are you okay? You look really tired and unwell..." Harry looked away before sighing. "If I tell you...promise you won't tell anyone okay? Draco and I aren't ready to tell anyone else yet." Rose nodded eagerly. "I won't tell a soul~ griffindor's honour." Harry sighed trying to steel his nerves. "I'm...pregnant...I guess the morning sickness is why I look like death warmed over.." he pouted. Rose looked at her uncle in awe. "There's a baby in your stomach-and you don't look thaaat bad. Just a little pale." She giggled. Harry smiled sitting on his desk as he patted her head. "Yeah...there is a baby in my stomach. And thank you for the reassurance." The door opened and Draco entered munching on an apple. "Oh hey Rose~" he smiled softly at his niece and pecked Harry on the head. "How are you feeling...?" He whispered softly. Harry nuzzled into him. "No need to whisper Rose already knows , and I feel alright , a little tired and I keep feeling queasy at random intervals but it's not too bad right now. I can tolerate it..." he smiled cuddling into Draco's chest. Draco ran and a hand through Harry's hair and winked at Rose. "Looks like you do have your mother's intelligence." He smirked. Rose giggled and fist bumped him. "Yep~ I'll let you and uncle Harry have your moment. See you in potions." She grinned before running out the room. "Don't run in the halls it's dangerous!" Draco called after her but it fell on deaf ears. Draco sighed shaking his head. "Let's hope our child is more...cautious? I don't like blood..." he mumbled. Harry giggled nuzzling him. "Don't worry~" he pecked Draco on the lips before snuggling into his arms , he was tired and couldn't be bothered to be careful about people seeing them. He wanted cuddles and he wanted them right now. Draco laughed gently when Harry face planted his chest , his face smooshing into him. "Someone's sleepy~" he kissed Harry's neck and cuddled him. "Uh Huh...I could sleep for a week~"  Draco chuckled. "So our weekends are going to be movies and naps?" He said softly. Harry nodded burying his face more into Draco's chest. He just felt so drained suddenly. He couldn't keep his eyes open any longer. Draco raised an eyebrow when Harry went quiet in his arms. "Harry? Baby?" He suddenly heard a soft snore come from his boyfriend and he shook his head in disbelief. "Honestly how can you fall asleep sat up? Still a weirdo~ ....but a cute weirdo..." he mumbled to himself as he looked around wondering what he could do. Break would be over soon. Harry had a free period , although he had to go teach Potions to the 1st years , he could carry Harry to the bedroom but a lot of students were still wandering around inside at break. He was reluctant to wake Harry but he didn't have much of a choice if they wanted to avoid being seen. Harry whined sleepily when he felt a hand shaking him. He opened his eyes and glared drowsily at Draco. "Nuuu I wanna sleep." He pouted. "You can sleep in our chambers silly. Not on the table. I have a class to teach." Harry very reluctantly did as he was told. Draco tucked him in and gave him a kiss on the head. Dobby popped in with a tray of tea and biscuits for Harry. He kept Harry company for a few minutes before getting back on with his work. Harry drank his tea , munched on some biscuits then lied down. He already felt lonely without Draco. His inner omega pining for the blonde Alpha. He wasn't used to Draco being gone and now that he was pregnant he wanted Draco more than ever. He started to cry silently. He ended up crying himself into a deep dreamless slumber.
