"can you come to the nearest park? i need to talk to you about something important," namjoon said through the phone. his expression was worried, yoongi was going to be released in the morning so namjoon needed to hurry.

"please! i need to talk to you! please come, i know you're busy but this is so important. i don't have much time," namjoon begged.

"thank you so much! it won't be long i swear!" namjoon's dimple was out along with the sweet smile of his.

namjoon got out of his house and quickly got to his car and drove to the park. there, he saw the same boy from the hospital, his frown was displayed.

"i'm here, sorry," namjoon took a seat on the other side of the bench.

"what's so important?" hoseok asked with his cheek resting on his palm. he looked exhausted.

"i want to talk about yoongi," namjoon started. he saw that hoseok sighed and his frown deepened. "he told me to tell you something."

"what could that possibly be?" hoseok asked in a sarcastic tone in his voice.

"but first..." namjoon hesitated at first. "how do you feel about yoongi? i know you might not like him but please don't put him down, okay?"

"i don't know where you got the idea of me not liking yoongi but you're wrong. i told him how much i want us to work out but he refused me. if you're here to make fun of me then you can go now. i've got enough today," hoseok was mad now. he noticed that namjoon was shocked. that didn't make hoseok any better.

"stop staring at me!" hoseok pouted.

"y-you like yoongi? has he told you about hobi?"

"no, he never will. he doesn't like me and i failed him."

"no he didn't. he told me to tell you how much he was sorry for pushing you away like that," namjoon didn't know what else to say. "you're not just doing this to make his words true...right?"

"no! i would never give him false hope like that! i just hope he realizes that not everything is dependent on your words," hoseok looked like he was about to cry but no tears were coming out.

"what?"

"seokjin told me everything about you."

"how do you know him?"

"we were the bests friends back in high school. then out of nowhere, he ghosted me. i didn't know if i said something wrong or if i did something that upset him but then i realized what happened," hoseok looked at namjoon deep in his eyes. "you made him do it."

"i-i never made him do anything," namjoon was getting nervous. he didn't know what hoseok was talking about.

"you made him get rid of me! you saw how close i was to hobi so you made sure to get me far away from yoongi! when i desperately called seokjin yesterday, he answered and told me everything."

"i-i'm so sorry, i don't remember that."

"sure you don't. all these years and you're still obsessed on getting rid of me," hoseok's eyes started to water.

"h-hoseok, i just wanted to come here and tell you what yoongi wants me to say. i never wanted to get you angry. i'm sorry if i upset you but i just don't remember," namjoon felt his face redden. his eyes were getting more blurry with every tear threatening to fall.

"this isn't a game anymore, namjoon. this is real life and yoongi needs help," hoseok stood up from his seat and started walking off. namjoon only watched from far away.

he was able to cry now. he rested his hands on his face as he cried silently. it was then where he realized that he messed up.

namjoon got up quickly, he eyes still red, and ran to his car. he needed to go to the hospital.
