Obito just got promoted to Chunin and Rin was whispering something into his ear, "Meet me later at the park under the sakura tree.", Obito blushed

Rin ran towards Obito, "Sorry i'm late..."

"No-"

"Everyone!", Rin yelled

"Everyone?"

All of Obito's peers showed up around him

"Why? uhh, why...Why is everyone here?!"

"I asked them to come to discuss the gift.", Rin stated while blushing

"Huh? What gift?!", Obito asked while hiding the bouquet of flowers behind his back

"Well, Kakashi is being promoted to Jonin-"

"And (y/n)!", Everyone said, cutting Rin off

"-So we're going to be giving them presents...", Rin said while handing out papers

"Kakashi...and (y/n) are Jonins?"

Rin looked up, "Oh? Didn't you know, Obito? It's something to be proud of as their classmates.", Rin said while blushing about Kakashi

"Yeah...", Obito said sadly as he dropped the bouquet of flowers behind him

"What do you think Kakashi would like?", Rin asked Kurenai

'Bruh it's clear he likes (y/n) and not you. STAY AWAY FROM MY BBF'S MAN.', Kurenai thought

"Well...since we're talking about him, it should be something useful..."

Obito kept his smile but on the inside, his heart slowly broke

Kakashi told (y/n) to meet him under the sakura tree on the large hill

(y/n) read the note over again and ran to the tree

Kakashi was waiting for (y/n) and when he got there he bowed to (y/n) and gave her a note since he wasn't good at expressing his feelings

(y/n), I've been liking you for a long time now, in fact, I liked you since we attended the academy...you make my heart swell when I see you, I hope you feel the same way...

Will you be my girlfriend?
