chapter 4

I wanted to watch a love story but I knew that Ben would look over my shoulder and would want to hear what I am listening to well watching. The sunset just came up as well but it looks so beautiful and peaceful. I had to take a photo so that what I did but after taking the photo I went straight back to picking a movie. I decided to click on a series of black lighting because we both like action moves. Besides we both fight so I'm sure we can learn some tricks or to. I plug the earphones to the TV and put one of the earphones in Bens hear for him. So, he could still listen to the movie he just couldn't watch it. Which I'm sure he was fine with.

I look behind me and Curtis and Rose was cuddling in the back of the car and it was so cute but however, I felt bad for Jared who has to sit next to them. Which is fine I guess if not jealous that they have each other and you have no one. That's what I felt like before I met Ben and had to third wheel all the time around Lucy and Noah. Who I am very proud to say are finally together. "Ruby, can you turn the right-hand button near the radio please?" Curtis said and all of a sudden these drink holders came out of nowhere near the gear stick. Like how does Curtis come up with all these things in like one day. Honestly, that's a gift unless Rose did help with the ideas not just watch. I then handed everyone a drink bottle. "There is also a cooler on the side of the door to keep the drink cold." Curtis said and my mind was blown away with the number of new things in this car that I didn't know about could do.

"Don't think about it Ruby." Ben said and I knew he knew what I was thinking of doing. That was to press every single button in the car to see whatever single one does that would be cool to do. I grab the other drink bottle for ben and pored the water in his mouth while he keeps driving. Which was quite difficult and awkward. Due to Ben having to keep his mouth open but keep his eyes on the road as well. I get a tender warm feeling every time I'm around Ben like it feels normal to me to feel this way when around him. The feeling makes have butterflies in my stomach.

Ben and I both got bored of watching a movie, so I grabbed the earphone out of Bens ear turned off the TV. I pressed the same button I had to, to get it out and it goes straight back in. Which is honestly really cool. It was slowly getting boring in the car, that I was actually thinking about falling asleep the rest of the trip but then I would feel bad if did. So, that was out of the picture because I was done feeling bad for one day. "Ruby and Ben we are going to stop at the next fuel station, to fill up." Lucy said. I look at Ben who seems very angry with himself because it looked like he just realized as well that we were running out of fuel. Which didn't really bother any of us at all because my feet were getting pins and needles and James looked a bit uncomfortable as well.

The next fuel station was about 5 minutes away which wasn't too bad because we were almost empty and I didn't want to be waiting on the side of the road for someone to get fuel. That's when I sore on the right side outside Bens widow where a fan zoomed based. "You guys are very slow we will see you in an hour." Lucy said and I laughed. That's when I knew they got Paige on the back of the van running to beat the lights and to get to the fuel station faster. Which definitely was the smart thing to do. However, we were in no hurry and no one in the van was complaining there wasn't much talking happening either apart from Rose and Curtis here and there trying to whisper but not whispering. There whispering is talking very loudly so everyone can hear what they're saying which isn't a smart idea because we all hear their conversation of them practically flirty to each other.

We get to the fuel station which is practically in the middle of nowhere on the side of the road. Which is quite interesting because there is only to fill up stations you can go to which is convenient seeing there is already the other van here. As Ben parked the car, we all hoped out in excitement because we were probably halfway to the destination well we hope so. While Ben was filing up the Van I ran to jump on Curtis back seeing I couldn't be bothered walking anymore but wasn't the smartest idea because Rose was not happy one bit. Another mistake that I have made today but as soon as Ben came closer to Curtis I jumped on Ben's back instead. "You and I Ben, you and I." I whisper into Ben's ear as we go inside the fuel station to pay for the fuel. Which just cost us $40 which isn't much. Thank god surely more money to buy on food but we had enough in the car. So, I don't think we need any more snacks. We all then get back into the van after Lucy and Ben paid for the food. Which sucks because my feet went straight to sleep as soon as I stepped into the car.
