10. Earth to Eva!

Saturday morning was here and I was stuffing my stuff in my purse that i would be carrying to Ari's house. I zippped my bag and turned to my dresser. I checked my make up for the last time before putting the glasses on my head and lunging my bag on my shoulder.

I exited my room and slammed the door behind. I headed downstairs and heard a familiar voice laughing along with liam. I peeped my head in the kitched and saw liam and Cody laughing theirs hearts out. Liam stood infront of the stove whereas cody was sitting on the kitchen counter.

"Hey." I dropped my bag on the nearby chair and approached the guys. "Hey." They both replied simultaniously.

"What are you doing here?" The words flied out of my mouth quickly that I didnt even realized my tone was bitter. Liam gave me the big-brother look, telling me to behave with the guest.

"I didnt mean it like that." I held my hands up.

"It's fine. Well, I decided to spend a day here with liam." Cody said, munching onto the popcorns that were kept infront of him in a bowl.

"Oh." He said. "Where are you off too?" Liam asked me, peeking over to my bag. "Spending a day with Ari." I said and turned on my heels and exited the kitchen.

I picked up my bag on the way out and exited the house. Ari's car was parked at a distance infront of my house. "Hey." I entered the car. She kept her phone back in her pocket and said. "Hiii."

"Where are we going first?" I asked her. "Shopping?" She said and I nodded.

"Here we goo!"

We were currently lying on Ari's  king sized bed, talking. We all were talking about the old memories and laughing at them. That's when my phone buzz. I took it out from the backpocket of my jeans and checked that liam was calling.

"Hello?" I answered the call.

"Hi. When will you be home?" He asked me. I could feel the others yelling from behind at someone to run fast. Fred and Drake were there too?

"Um.." I looked up at the clock. It was currently 5:00. After shopping we went to salon and many other girls places. I didmt really want being organized, I prefer staying natural, without any make up but Ari loves baing organized like a perfect little girl and so she insisted me to visit all those places I dreaded going.

"Maybe 5:30?" I said. From the corner of my eyes i looked Ari's head snapped towards me. She waved her hand at me. "You're not going anywhere this soon." She said.

"Okay than. I'll be waiting the boys and I will be going for dinner, we decided to tag you along. Today's your lucky day. Be here soon. Bye." A wide grin crept up my face. Free food! I internally fist pumped.

I loved going places with liam and his friends. They were just too much fun to be around-sometimes.

"I said you're not going anywhere." Ari snapped me back to reality.

"Oh comeon Ari! Next time I'll stay longer. K?"

She sighed and nodded. After a bit I got up from her bed and gathered my stuff. We both said our goodbyes and we both exited her house.

She dropped me off to my house before driving off. "Meet ya at school!" She waved and i waved back.

I walked up to my doorstep and knocked several times on the wooden front  door. After a moment the door swung open revealing Cody. "Hey." He said and stepped asside and guestured me to enter. "Hey."

We both entered the lounge and saw Fred and Drake sitting there like it's their own property and they don't have any care. "Hey." I said as I approached them.

"Little Evaaaaa! Haayy!" Fred got up from his seat and started to come towards me. "Ohh noo. Not again please!" I started to run away from him but he wasn't going to give up this early, he started to run after me too.

"Liam! Help!" I yelled when i saw liam coming out of the kitchen with a plate of muffins in his hand. I ran upto him and hid behind him and used him as a sheld against fred. "Come here little Ev! I miss your hair." Fired said teasingly. I gripped onto liam and hid behind him.

"Eva! Leave me! Evaa... the plate will fall." Liamm yelled at me. "Save me!" I yelled back.

"Shootttt!" Liam yelled when his grip loosen from the plate and it fell right on the ground.

I peeked over liam and saw the now millions of tiny pieces of the plates scattered all over the place. "Shoot! When will you guys grow up?" Liam yellled in frusturation.

"Leave me!" He yelled and pushed my hands away from his shoulder and stromped in the kitchen. "Someone have mood issues!" Fred yelled making me chuckled.

"Now where's liam to save you little ev?" He laughed like a witch. "Nooo!" I was just about to step forward when Cody's voice cut in. "Woah woah woah! Eva!" He ran towards me and held me back.

"Do you really wanna step on that thing?" He pointed towards the pieces of the broken plate. I sighed thankfully that I didn't step on it and he came before. "Nope. Thanx." I said and took a step back.

"Whatever." I heard Fred and he went back to the couch and dropped down his heavy body on it.  I looked up and met Cody's chocolate brown eyes which were boring in to mine.

We stare at each a little longer until someone cleared their throat and we broke the eye contact. Our heads quickly shapped towards Drake. He was standing there with his hand on crossed on his chest and glaring at us. Cody quickly removed his hand from my wirst that he held earlier and took a step back.

The tention was awkward and  silence filled the room. Nobody said anything but i didnt know what was happening. Until liam's voice yelled from the kitched."Eva!" I sighed in relief and turned on my heals and entered the kitchen. "Yeah?" I approached him.

My eyes were stuck on those two boys who were glaring at each other just outside the kitchen. I could easily see them through the small glass window in the kitchen.

"Earth to Eva!" He yelled. "What?" I put my hands in my ears and turned towards him. "I said take it." He pushed the plate further in my hands.

I looked down and saw a muffin sitting there. I looked up at liam with a questioning look and he replied. "We'll be leaving in an hour. I bet you're hungry. Go up and get changed and eat this muffin. Come back down if you want more." I nodded before looked at the boys outside for the last time. By now  Drake was angryily glaring at Cody while cody was looking calm. God knows how long they haven't blinked for. Whats up with them?

I rolled my eyes and walked past them, towards the stairs. I climbed up the stairs and entered my room. I put the plate down on my dresser and then walked towards my closet.

I took out some clothes for the dinner. I entered the bathroom and got changed. When i came our I saw someone sitting on my bed. I couldnt see his face but i knew he was Cody.

"Cody?" I asked and approached him. He turned his face to look at me before standing up. "You ready?" He asked.

"Yeah." I said, unsure of why was he in my room. "What are you doing here?" I asked.

"I just came to check upon you." Before I could even reply the door opened and liam stood there. "Eva, let's gooo." He whinned like a little baby. "You took soo long." He came towards me.

Soon after 5 minutes I, liam and drake gathered in liams car while fred and cody get into Cody's car and we all drove to the nearest lavish resturant.
